ANy bros here gt trouble starting ur bike? When i press on the start button, its jus went "click" and the engine trouble button lights up. When release then no more warning light. This went on for afew times. After trying afew times then can start... Any bros encounter this?

 

happened to me recently esp 2 3 days nvr start...

battery shows 11.7v but move off resume to 14.5v

suspect battery and starter motor...

Hi guys, ytd had been a very sad day for me. I accidentally drop my bike 2006 Fazer 600.

The headlight and front fairing is scratched and damage. Where should i send my bike for repair? any recommendations? anyone have any ideal how much will it be to replace the headlight cover and front fairing?

It's the starter ignition coil, cost around $56~65 at hong leong. Used to have the same

problem.

Front fairing if im not wrong can patch back and respray but i don know how much... you can go to ur regular bikeshop and ask lor

Yr readings better than mine.

 

Mine with both headlights turned on is

Ignition on: 12.0-12.1V

Running: 13.2-13.8V

 

 

Should i change battery now? Suspect it's still stock battery for my 2-yr old bike. Any way to tell if it's stock battery?

Was your reading taken directly from the batt via multimeter? Mine is directly from batt with a multimeter.

 

Yours cud be higher if taken directly from mm.

Guys having dilemma now lol... Tinking of getting a pannier junior and ditch my H&b top box. Tinking of a 30L but capacity is quite small and unable to fit a helmet but squeezing traffic is no problemo. 40L can fit helemt but cannot squeeze. Any inputs?:angel:

My readings are from my voltmeter installed on my bike. My previous bike while running, the voltage is 14.4V, but now my fz1 is 13.2-13.8V.

 

Any advice?

I'm using v35 can fit my helmet n no problem wif squezzing in traffic....

Then, You have to bear with MAH shipping time if you prefer the GIVI shields, yeah they look better against our SG weather so far But I haven heard of its feedback during Riding..... Only some of the season riders here used to installed them on their Ride.

1 side 40, 1 side 30?...=p

 

anyway 40L can squuze traffic but not all the time though:(
