singaporean got more money to suck. malaysian u sue them this sue them that, suck here suck there also sucking a dry dry kampong kia from some xxx wulu village no one heard off, so no point really.

 

And yeah I do agree Singapore vehicle laws are made more of a system for government to earn money rather than for the greater good of Singaporeans. and i swear, if a kampong kia from some malaysia riding some kup were to be involved in some major accident and do a hit and run, and happened to be surveillance by some busybody stomper, the uproar would be tremendous, and there will definitely be lots of changes made in 1 day.

 

Now no incident yet, so obvious as it seems how flawed the laws are, no one will made any noise or strong comment on how gahmen want to set their laws except for 1 or 2 individuals once in awhile. So gahmen wont do much, as they will always set their laws to maximize the profit first until somethings happens, and people creates an uproar. Remember the Ma guy who beat red light and knock into poor uncle cabbies few years back? I believe beating red light and speeding offences had increased by quite alot since the incidence as I remembered PM talking about amending the punishment

 

As for the illegal modification, its just not pipes, even if you change your fairing/choing parts that attract too much attention, tho doesn't harms anybody, you are still liable to be charged for illegal modification tho its clear the modification harms nobody and is completely safe. but i do know some tp/lta are willing to close one eye though.

LTA officer always stop singapore reg modified car/bike on the road. Because they said will cause danger to other road user.

 

WHY malaysai reg modified car/bike allow to ride/drive in singapore without getting any fine(they will not cause danger to other road user)????? Malaysia car/bike drive on singapore road or sky?

 

I drove to work everyday from BKE and i can see so many MALAYSIA car/bike with really LOUD modified pipes. Why LTA officer doing nothing about it? Unless LTA tell me only Singapore reg modified car/bike cause danger to other but not malaysia car/bike.

 

This is not fair. Why only Singapore car/bike get fine because of modified?? Singapore never pay road tax? never buy insurance?

I totally agreed with you have raised. Their cars modded with super duper brighten HID and Spot lights too. But Singapore with unbalanced vehicles modification rules, I am already suffocating from a decent good ride everyday.

 

Becareful of what you wished for. If both countries agreed to tighten up on the illegal modification rules. We (riders) will have one less place to enjoy our legal modified pipes (with silencer removed) or illegal pipes.

 

I dont think you want to hassle to show documentary proof of the legal pipes in Malaysia.
