I bought the cable from home-fix for about $10/-. Managed to file to fit the d ring. The cable is using a 4-digit number lock.

Yeah that's probably the one.... For me, no money to buy 2nd bike, but I'll make do by riding mine like a street fighter...

Will try to find time to take pics this week, busy la dey. Got it for about 2 wks, i think ride 3 times only.

 

Anyway, I heard from Daniel that the new showroom will be ready in Oct! But in the meantime will browse hyundai car basing on your feedback about the ladies there.

Hi Doc,

 

Thanks for the advise. Do you know where the flasher relay is located? Is it inside the signal module itself? I tried to find it and the wires all lead to the signal module.

 

Alternatively, i can just install a proper load equalizers to the signal lights. Do you know where i can find these?

The flasher relay is the signal module. You can get the solid state load equalizer like the kuryakyn ones. Note the older models do not support LED. I think you need at least ver2 if not ver3. It cost more than the resistor types but much cheaper than changing the signal module.

 

Go to sumsoon, they usually carry quite a few kuryakyn stuff. If not order from Meng. Small stuff like this not worth bring it in yourself.

Question to ask ,any shop do had trade-in programme to get a harley,my old bike is honda steel

I always see a Harley parked here at Keppel DigiHub. Does it belong to anyone of you? Number plate is FS**S. I don't know what model though. I only can recognize new models. I'm a newbie.

is harley prone to have electrical problems? my ride in the first week after a few heavy rains, the high beam indicator blinks when ever i signal either right or left

 

a few days ago, my high beam indicator light on, but headlight no light

 

then now when i put on the emergency blinker lights, it goes off suddenly, n when i were to press any of the right or left signal button, it continues to blink again.....

Well, sometimes these things do happen as it's still a machine and not perfect.....If it's a brand new Harley, it should be under warranty, so just make an appointment with the dealership to have a look at it...I doubt so you'll be charged for it....Good luck and hope that it all turns out good for your Harley bro...Cheers...

yeah might make it slightly higher...but might get a 1inch lowering kit if its too high...it comes with a brass nut only leh...dont tink its a valve....but can attach a schrader valve to it...according to hdforums..

Well, a brand new 883L would cost you about $19500-ish to ride out of the dealership. Also for comfort sake, you shouldn't be too tall. Add it up yourself and make an informed decision bro. Cheers!
