Hahaha, thanks. That was what the salesman told me also when I ask to change to screaming eagles exhaust. Any recommendations for saddlebags ? I need one to put in my laptop if I ride to work. Get from Harley or other brands ?

well if u don't mind spending the buck get the Harley one. There's one that's a triangular shape...one side only...that looks pretty neat. Harley ones are quality but not cheap.

 

Stay stock for now. You won't last a month now if u 'zhng' alot and ride everyday.

Thanks for the heads up, probably have alook at the Harley saddle bags first with my laptop to see if they fit caused my laptop quite big. Anyway Harley also have the 25% discount for accessories on new bike purchases

i didnt zhng alot leh, but i ride almost everyday, as bike is my primary transport. ha! but with the currrent stringent measures, thinking of switching back to a Fazer / VFR. haii!

Just received news that Akra exhaust for sportster has been approved![/quote. Any idea how much the damage?

 

Damage as of 16/12/2011 was $1709, paid a deposit of $500. Was told that they will increase price after December. Maybe u can look out for the open house special mentioned by TWdude?

Look for Mark. Anyway he told me it's approved by LTA already maybe dont have the official letter and what nots

No need to make. Just buy some baffles and install. Gotta drill holes though...

Think the big question with arkra pipe is not how much but how loud. No point it's approve but sound same as stock.

Measure the inner diameter of ur mufflers in inches. Then go eBay search for Harley baffles . Choose one that fits ur diameter. That is the by far the cheapest option.
