EBC is good for single disc monsters. If twin discs, the stocks are fine.

I don't know about the rest, but I am on my 6th Ducati over the years and it brings a big smile to my face everytime I ride it. I also curse and swear like nobody else when it screws up even after taking good care of them (8 and 16 year old Ducatis). $$ hurts but tell me how many hobbies dun use $

 

Ups and downs of the Italian marque seems to appeal to me than an easy fuss free reliable Honda Super 4. Just have to remind me that I said this when something breaks down on the Ducati

easy2findme's bike is selfhealing too. Breakdown, then can fix itself.

Riding a duke comes with a certain prestige I guess. You don't c one as often as you would c the other brands on the road. Parts dun come as cheaply definitely as with other continental brands but well you pay for its exclusivity.

 

Am on my 1st duke for a month or 2 and have no complains so far altho this old but fine lady gets really cranky when she is cold.

Most monster 400s are made in 96-98, where as honda super 4s spec 2s are 2002-present. A few years will show more problems on older Ducatis especially. Italian not = higher quality always.

Hi, anyone bought ducatis from Excel Cycle before? Any problems dealing with them?

They are selling brand new 696 at $22k OTR (less insurance).... looks like a good deal to me.
