Anyway, the bottom line, try not to save on the engine oil, or we will need to spend more ifthe pistons get "injuried"...

Actually bike shop have the big metal barrel where they put all the used engine oil into. Then they actually can sell the full barrel of used engine oil. I once saw a truck which collects all these barrels at motor shop.

 

Yes, I did see the big big metal barrel at the bike shop which I frequent and always see the mechanics pour the used EO into such barrels after changing EO.

 

I always thought they are bound for destruction at some chemical waste company.

 

Pardon me for my ignorance...

 

Who would want to buy these black black used EO??

 

What can such EO be used for?? :)

Well, if the "shyt-water" can be recycled into "processed" drinking NEw@ter, I won't be surprised that in future, our cooking oil may be from recycled EO...

This morning while riding in kinky wet condition, i saw one more handsome black FJR riding pass me and he waived at me. Friendly chap :) Hope you are one of the forumer.

oh come on, need not be humble lah. like many bros here, you are already a guru in the technical and knowledge of the bike and biking. it's just that i have a weak stomach to digest all these overwhelming info. you know, i got freaked out by figures and details....

 

i can appreciate why ppl want to get their hands dirty but that's just not part of me lah.

 

yup will note your advice to take care of the bike so that i will enjoy a better and longer ride.

 

dammned.... this fjr is just so sweet to ride.

For you, use oil,petrol,diesel,acid and piak piak also no use. You still sleep!
