yesterday rode my gtr out to changi and tampines area. Saw three Fjr on different time and roads.

A lot of pple find him knowledgeable and conciencious I think. He's dubbed the goldwing whisperer.

However, I let him replaced my timing chain once after some noisy ops but the problem came back very soon. I'm not sure whether its becos he nv did a good job or simply its my bike. Neway, I've send my bike to HL (though I swore nv to go there again) and c how things go.

i'm considering getting a 5yr loan, zero downpayment. possible at any bike shops?

zero downpayment a bit difficult lah. you still need to cover the initial amount of insurance, road tax, agreement fee, admin fee, etc.

4-5 yrs loan is quite standard.

why bother to change the market practice? you can take a 6-month interests free loan from any bank nowadays for the downpayment.

alternatively, look for a 2nd hand fjr.

Greetings from the US. I recently purchased a (used) 2009 FJR. I have family in S'pore and am interested in knowing if Yamaha offers different accessories in S'pore that are not available in the US? Can anyone link me to an Asia only parts accessory catalog? I know the UK and Canada has several items that the US does not carry. Thank you for your help.

why bother to change the market practice? you can take a 6-month interests free loan from any bank nowadays for the downpayment.

alternatively, look for a 2nd hand fjr.
