i'm new FJRians. Will get my 2nd hand FJR(2008) without side panier/box, anyone here know how much is HL Selling that box?

Hi Nizy.. just a question. Did u ask why didn't the bike comes with side panniers? Mine an 08 model too and from 02 model onwards(if not mistaken) already comes with stock side panniers.

Getting an FJR stock panniers are a pain in the pockets. Last i heard was $1k+ per side.

Cheaper alternative would be Hepco Becker 40L panniers if u would consider. Well of cos u need to get the side rack for it too. Total cost estimate ard $1.3K with rack. Anyway its just my 2cents opinion.

Hb side paniers are of better quality and cheaper but the oem ones are more stream line. Aniwae any of u guys think an 06 speedo can fit on 05 ones? My meter look so sianz.

Done with hunting.. this is my first Class 2 bike, '06 model with Two Brothers End Cans.

I'll be her second owner this coming 15th. Too excited, I forgotten to check the mileage..

A little bit of polishing will do her good.

 

Mind I ask, What's the recommended range to do an oil and filter change out?

Bro...if they dont charge you this amount..how can they have the showroom and mechanics to service TP bike?? we are nothing to them...TP is their real customers....

Wow.. Have yet to check. Going on a trip in 3rd week of Dec.. Remember how much is it when u change ur ignition wirings? Is it the whole unit?

 

 

That was what i suspected too.. The limit switch. But how come this problems rose? I never had any probs with side stands before.

We would like to officially invite Team SDFJRians (FJR) to attend SingaporeBikes.com 9th Anniversary event @ *SCAPE. Being an online motorcycle portal where Singaporean bikers congregate, this is our annual celebrations where we bridged and connect together the bikers, the motorcycle trade industries and government bodies and to promote safe riding as our lifestyle.

 

 

 

Our theme for this year's celebration would be targeting the youth, new and potential riders with the aim to educate and reach out to the public about safe riding and to make it home safety for our love ones. In partnership and joint effort from the Singapore Traffic Police (TP), there will be seminar on road safety, talks by lfellow bikers on safety and products, etc. We're taking a big step to reach out to the mass public by holding the event at *SCAPE building (behind Orchard Cineleisure) to deliver across the safety campaign. Safe riding is not just about the rider but also the general public that share the road with us.

 

 

 

The highlight of the event would include a SBF Challenge whereby participant(s) will walk away with attractive prizes such as branded helmets, aftermarket sprockets, engine oils, just to name a few. We will be glad and welcome you and the team to sign up and participant in the challenge.

 

 

 

As usual, we will be coming out the Anniversary Pack (A.P) priced @ S$25. Purchase the A.P and stand a chance to to win the Grand Prize of an actual motorcycles.
