Hi there,

 

Yesterday, I corned too low at the "sort of" U-Turn before park mall. In the end, I scratched the belly of my exhaust header, now the paint drop off and abit "flattened". Is there a way to save it? Is there any way to prevent this from happening again? Damn sad sia... Pity the bike... Got hurt...

nothing much you can do except sand it down a lil and spray some good high temp paint

1. Assume i didnt not touch the carb setting

 

now i install this racecan. will it makes the bike run leaner or richer?

 

i have my stockendcan etc... i install a aftermarket high flow filter. will this make my bike run leaner?

 

or die die i have to retune the carb to suit the 2 addons ?

 

 

2. if my bike is already running slightly rich. will installing a aftermarket filter make my bike eat lesser petrol ?

the main question ?? which is better ?? GPR OR Micron ??? got shop offer to change GPR for mi if i buy their spec 3 (NEW) .. worth it ?? any one using GPR ?? reviews pls ..

GPR sounds like original endcan, better low and mid range. 2 of the users told me

Better check properly first... I know of some bike shops that offer to give you "free" aftermarket exhaust... But terms and conditions apply... For some, if you accept the offer, means you have to stick throughout the loan period (i.e. cannot make full payment earlier etc).... It is sort of a way to tie you down... Well, there might be real nice shops around that really wanna give you a free exhaust.. its up to you to decide.

Whatever the case, check the terms and conditions clearly....

so if there no tied down or wadsoever den get the pipe ?? heard my fren GPR exhuast got funny sound .. not as good as orginal exhaust ?? is it true ???

I think no matter what, after-market exhaust will always be better than stock... Well, if you don't like it, you can always sell it to get some money out of it like what the others suggested.
