Ok, thanks man. Will try. Is that a K&N? Hmmm, will something like that mess up the jetting?

Cheers

yep, its a k&n, a massive one that is.

All open pod filter will mess up yr jetting, and more importantly, yr powerband, by carving a huge dip in the bike's midrange.

cheers~~

Ok, thanks man. Think I will steer clear of the Open Pods for now, just listing out a few of stuff to do:

1) Pilot jet and main jet.

2) Rollers. I think 13.5g is too heavy. Was better with the stock ones.

3) Front brake. Not getting a strong braking effect, even after changing the pads and the brake fluid and bleeding it. So I suspect it is the brake hose? The rotor still looks great.

Cheers

Stroker bro, this type of double seater scooter no good for casanovas...we cannot do hard front braking to make sure the double air bags act like an Osim Massage Chair on my hardened shoulders and back! Then when I want to iGallop, double seater reduces the fun!!! In short, no good for Casanovas! :nono:

Eh Im trying to say abt the type of the carb not the brand of the carb...but Im not too sure if the CV series is by Kehin or a universal code to represent the type of carb...

anyway I have send ppl in other countries using the cvk34 from the Kawasaki KLX pairing wif the XJR400R throttle cables...bore size might hav not increase but according to the report it states dat itz easier to jet n more responsive...itz juz an idea but try at ur own risk...n the idea comes from a VXR so Im not too sure if it works for the DNA :cheer:

HAHAHAHHA MUAHAHAHAHA IGALLOP!!! HAHAHA!! Everytime I see that TVC, I ended up Rollin' On The Floor, Laughing My Ass Off!!! HAHAHa! Its sooo damn obscene!! hahaha

That double scooter is not suitable for the run-of-the-mill casanova.. :nono: But a great one for casanovas like you! Cos you can cramp a ger right behind you, and sling another two more seated at the back!! hahahahahahaha More Pleasure On The Go!!! Rox!!

my guess is that CV stands for constant velocity...

Yup, CV carb stands for Constant Velocity carb. Its the discription of the type of carb, not the model.

Get a FCR, best!!
