Hmm.. I'm currently using a box w/o a stoplight.. I went to a certain shop but the mechanic told me I cannot install a stop light in my box.. Izzit true?

 

Can I assume that the onli way to get the stoplight is to change a new box?

Ya, some cheap boxes dun have stoplight... maybe you wanna get a third light(LED) and install it somewhere the box area lor...

Hmm.. U mean there is a way to install a stoplight in my box? Cuz it wld be better to hav a stoplight for safety reasons.. Now i wonder how come the mechanic told me I cannot install the stoplight becoz my box doesn't comes wif one.. Maybe I'll ask another shop..

Hmm.. dunno if anyone of u guys hav encountered this problem b4.. When my fuel tank about to auto switch to reserve tank, my bike hav this kind of bouncing feeling.. Ride pass uneven road surfaces, my bike seems to be bouncing up and down.. like got spring like tat.. Then accelerate oso feels strange..

 

Is this normal or am I being too sensitive? Thanks..

perharps you can state more.

 

Might be your alternator/coil issue or if worst still, your wiring.

 

Remove all other electrical device u have install and monitor any improvement if u haven dont so

y does ta200 eat so much 4T.. i change and put 1L, riding abt 950km, when morning i check the dip level drops.. my fren told mi change oil rings can liao.. but ta200 got oil ring? i went to motortiam and ask the mechanic, he ask mi back wat is oil ring.. omg.. is it all ta200 eat so much 4T? can share..

 

my bike cannot crank to start.. push start to motortiam and they change new batt for mi..but after riding to my next destination and when i abt to go off, cannot crank start.. wat's the prob here? i can hear the tak tak on the right side of my casing.. its like something knocking.. but after cranking the start button. no more that sound liao.. push start back home.. while on the road, my signal lights, brake lights and headlight all no light.. is it really the batt prob? pls help mi!! later the mechanic tell mi this spoil or that spoil muz change.. anyhow qoute mi ex price... anyoone know wat's the prob?

fuse blown during riding. i can't really state much cos doesn't seem to have other effects except for a blown bulb. i don't have much electrical device installed. i seem to think that this happens whenever the bike's revs are high.

Those with electrical problem might want to come down on the DIY HAZARD LIGHT session this coming sunday, it will be best if somebody can come out with a multimeter, i can help you diagnose.

how u guys wax/oil/lubricate ur chain.. phantom don have main stand.. so very hard sia.. r u guys usin the push n spray method??? plz advice.. any easier ways to spray de whole chain without pushin de bike.. thanks

Davedevil: I've enquired from Sporting Motors before. Seems tat they do bring in KNN Air Filters for TA200, but u'll hav to pre-order. Price is SGD68.25 if I'm not wrong.

 

camel.com: Basically, e only way to spray chain lub is e method u've mentioned. Other den tat, u can try installing some semi-auto or fully auto chain oiler, eg: Rabbit Chain Oiler, Scott Oiler.

Hmm.. I've juz bought the maxima chain wax.. Heard tat it's gd.. But the proper way to lube the chain is to spray the entire chain or juz the inner layer where the "teeth" comes in contact wif the chain?

 

My previous chain lube tends to leave a white residue when I sprayed on it.. Therefore when I sprayed the entire chain, the chain looks stained wif white residue.. So will the maxima chain wax hav similar effects as this?

spray the inner part that comes into contact with the sprockets will suffice & no, the Maxima chain wax won't leave residue.

Hmm.. I went wif my frd to buy his insurance.. The building located near middle rd.. But I can't rmb the exact location coz i walked to the building.. It's called commercial agency if I'm not wrong..

Anyway guys how do i know when is the time to refill my bike with petrol ar. phantom dun have the fuel meter rite then very hard to know when is the tank gg to be empty and stuff leh.and also i never pump petrol b4 how do i know whether u pump the tank till full? later over flow how? wahahah.

 

Sorry damn noob about bike. hehheh.
