wah lan eh $2400 for class 2B.this is the worse case senario man.

If you have pass your car before you bike you shoudn't have THIS much problem learning how to ride a bike.

Damn sad man.trying to catch up with a super four with tzr.i already have a hard time catching up with my super 4 friends with KIPs.

My 2B totally is disappointment case lah. Those that bday in Dec took and pass before me. Dun know why. Either immediate failure or gave away too many points. I took in CDC for 2B while 2A and 2 at BBDC (Got transport already so dun mind distance, as i'm a Easterner). Maybe is the School!!! (Zi wo an wei)

Haha...but at least now dun need to care liao...haha

hahah.i am also an easterner and also learing at BBDC.because my camp is there also.

ya lor.over liao so who give a F.remembered my points was 8.very lucky number for me.

it was TP test for cl2b for me. the rest of the lesson was either once or twice.

1st TP - accumulated ?? points FAIL

2nd TP - stop at the stop line & was knock by car from the rear (cause or nearly cause of accident) IMMEDIATE FIALURE

3rd TP - come donw from slop got a car engine stall rite be4 me so i waited. after awhile decided carry on at this time the driver crank his car with its gear engage, so the car 'jump' n almost hit me (cause or nearly cause of accident) IMMEDIATE FIALURE

4th TP - heng heng pass :cheer:

those TP will find excuse to fail u n they will on the slimest chance they get. 2nd & 3rd test is clearly not my fault. approach the instructor n they just tell me the result is final so lan lan:giddy:

btw way both were female student. i got friends who r instructors in SSDC say that is clearly the instructors fault but LL i just wan my licene so suck it up

Me still stuck at lesson 5 at CDC. Depressed ah. Going for 4th time soon. And I already went for 3 revision lessons.

1st time: Hit 2 cones in slalom - immediate failure

2nd time: Off plank - immediate failure

3rd time: Crank course, didn't stop in time when coming out - as car coming along road and all the bikes queuing for Fig 8 blocking the way a bit. Brake hard and did manage to stop before yellow box. But engine died! Then can start to move only after 3rd try. Immediate failure for crank course, and -20 pts b'cos didn't give way, slow in moving off etc. Went for revision lesson right before this lesson some more. Still fail. heartache...

Lesson 3 was the hardest for me. Took a while to get used to figure 8. Had to do lessons 1-4 twice but passed lesson 5 first time just last week. Just got PDL so now looking forward to doing lessons 6-8 and getting licence.

Before lesson 5 you get one round to warm up. My tip would be to take advantage of the revision sessions after passing lesson 4. You can practice the whole course or just the sections you need to practice. I did two revision sessions and managed to do my second one revision on same day as lesson 5

Second tip - the bikes at CDC are all quite different (ie clutch biting points, braking points and even gear changes). If you find a bike you are comfortable with remember the number and try to get the sae bike every time. Saves you getting used to the bike

I passed lesson 5 on Mon (23/5/05)!

This time, I pick the one of the last number (13) and was the 2nd last to go for the assessment. It helps.

I am also looking forward to going onto the road. Yes, I do think the bike matters, but I also think the problem might be with the biker (my technique). So I just tell myself, keep trying and improving. If you are good, you can handle any bike unless the condition of the bike is really bad. Control the bike and not let the bike control you. I am still trying to accomplish that.

5 down, 3 more to go.

Just passed lesson 6. Only 7 & 8 to go!

somehow i feel that lesson 6 is a matter of how good the riders that go out with you are.

imagine a rider jam his brakes, you also have to jam. the instructor can only see up to a certain extent..

hope for the best though..im at lesson 6 now..

are all the road lessons at night?

Found out that Lesson 6 is the only done at night. This is because part of the lesson is to help you understand the differences with night riding such as visibility (both your visibility ahead and how well other drivers can see you).

My next lesson is 7 and it's in the day so I guess it is only lesson 6 that is only at night

need it fast? book 2 lessons at 1 shot..can be done...

just book 2 lessons. eg you booked 2 lessons for lesson 2 and you pass on your 1st session, just go back & cancel the 2nd session, but make sure its 48 hours before the start of the 2nd session. thats for CDC, dont know about the rest of the driving centres.

chances are..you need 2 or more sessions to clear most of the lessons...

I passed every lesson on first try and even clear 2 lessons at 1 session before but i have already failed lesson 7 twice. Personally the 2nd time i feel is they are just trying to make me go for more lessons so they earn more. I went for the U turn for 6 times and none of the times the instructor said anything to me though he kept telling others their fault.

Imagine my damn shock when he told me i had to come back.
