im puzzled, pls enlighten me, how do u know the rpm of the wave???

fyi, 36T spocket will reduce your top speed to just almost 100km/h so think carefully is that wat u want.

Most prob he has a RPM meter install on his Wave to monitor the RPM.....

My bike still can go up to 90km/h or 100km/h but its juz tat i feel the bike is so stressed when i bring the speed up. Lack of power.

If this is the case can I change my sprocket?

No power? U mean no pick up is it? Might be the clutch plates worn out. To be sure can follow me to Johor to my regular trusted mechanic there. PM me if u interested to tag along.... Thanks.

I did once too..

not bad

Most 4 stroke bike engines are not built with separate gearboxes....

Adding friction modifiers can prove to be dangerous !

Go read about clutch slippages......

Hi Guys..

Just DIYed a hazard light for my spark wit Fusionzone A.K.A andy!!!

will try to be as vlear in my instructions!

wat u will need is:

a 4 pole switch - can be bought from sim lim tower at 2 bucks(rough price)

a blinker relay 12V - bought from LAB at 4 bux

wat u first need to do is to remove the front and head fairing

ter are a toltal of abt 20 screws to open

http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w153/huzairhyder/-7.jpg

http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w153/huzairhyder/-6.jpg

remember to unplug the two sockets connected to the front fairing.

after tat remove the condenser!

and replace with the relay!

http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w153/huzairhyder/-10.jpg

the one on the left is the condenser.. the right is the new relay! round in shape

get a wire cutter and start strippng the two wre at the front. the will be two bundles!

cut the middle of each bundle.. we only need a exposed section so its best u do it withn a wire cutter.

http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w153/huzairhyder/-13.jpg

after which connest a long wire the the exposed area and duct tape it!

PS..ter will be no pics after this.. so hope i am clear!

after tat u get another two wires. a red and a black preferable.. strip the ends and

place it at the relay contact. the right arm.

now u have 4 wires. the 2 wires from the 2 sockets and two wires from the relay.

tape them im group A and B.

group A.. both wires from the two sockets

group B.. wires from relay

get the switch and behind wll be 4 poles.

P.S.. i dun have a pic of these as i myself biugh a wrong switch.. will get a new one soon and post a pic up!

ter wil be 4 contacts.. connect it like this

Group A

l l

l l

Group B

now ur hazard light is ready to go!

get a plaace to mount the switch!

and screw back ur fairing and u should be done!

i am going to get a new switch and pics will be up soon.
