i was saying is that you cant adjust the thermostat

but what you can do is

change it to some others, so some of the rider will change to this

I just thinking about it but maybe change it as what you recommended. Need to go down to K & T to have my radiator check first.

Its leaking at the left bottom near the header(white & brown liquid on the header end of each ride).

u can do a weld if there is a leak. that will be cheaper.

do ensure it is good running condition. it is nt like pulsar almost worry free.

if the coolant run out. u will over heat the engine and u may face more prob.

hi bro, i read somewhere that some use a strap wrench to open it. i'm thinking of getting one myself as it sounds quite handy. below is a pic of what it looks like.

i also read/seen somewhere that K&N filters come with like a hexagonal thing on top for a regular wrench, so might wanna consider that for your next change.

Cheers,

HiLMi

basically it is the same as the normal cap, it uses size 17 wrench. juz without the cap.

stock is the best, esp on the filter and clutch.

hello!

i've got 2 DIY projs in mind. wanna double confirm here before i start doing foolish things to my bike. riding a spec 1 =]

1. Vtec indicator

i've searched thru the forum and saw that the way is to tap off directly from the vtec wires and connect it to the LEDs. and place it somewhere on my dashboard.

"ingredients" wise. wirings, LEDS, black tape

2. 3rd stoplight (RX8 blinking stoplight)

for this i tap off directly from the rear brake light and connect to a blinking module ( i assume) and then to the LEDs.

"ingredient wise. blinking module, wiring, black tape and LEDs

so can lao jiaos in DIY-ing double confirm with me the steps in doing it? and also the LED does it need to connect it to a resistor?

thanks in advance for all the advice!

suuupppaaaa da fooouuurrrrr!

bro, let me know if you want to DIY it. i might be able to help you since i did (but already removed) mine. you can also install a switch separately to control the lights. this would be better than wiring direct as you wouldn't want to turn it on all the time, or might wanna turn it off when u see MIW (men-in-white). PM me if anything k.

Hi all,

I would like to know after brake pads are remove from the front or rear brake pump of a S4 spec1,

1) will brake fluid flow out if I kept pressing the brake lever until the round pistol drop out?

2) what is the best method to push back the pistols without damaging them

Thank you
