Heh, I'm looking into it as my 2A ride too. From what I have read my impression is that maintenance does not actually cost a bomb IF you get one in good condition. If you get a lemon then all bets are off...

Reliable if its maintained well, as you might want to get 2nd hand. Depends on the ex owners then.

 

How easy to get is up to how much Ducati SG distributor stocks up. Else you've to wait for shipment or have to EBay it yourself like some brands :giddy:

Ducati M400 has been obsolete for a while, you couldn't buy a new one even if you wanted to. The smallest Monsters are now 696cc

For a short period after getting my 2A, i wanted one just for the fun of it to ride for about a year or so, but the FC turns me right off...

Bro, nice bike, that one. A little pricey though. But dont fret if you miss it; if you're really into 2A cruisers/bobbers, i've got many friends who're intending to sell theirs to go bigger.

Saw lots of talk about Ducati here eh.

After some years of Italian bikes, I would go for another Italian bike to trade off my current bike if chances allow.

 

Come for Ducati Monster meetup on Fri on Sat night, lots of hot chicks on Monster. They snarl..... they roar and they purrrrr....

FC is about 20km/l? Pretty much on par or slightly worse than a super 4...
