yea..true too...jb can settle tat things for u!new bracket+fixing from RM50-80......dependin of how thick u want the bracket and if u want stylish2 type they can also do but more higher price...:thumb:

hi to all wave riders out there... 1st thanx you for viewing my post....

 

i got alot of problems with my 2nd wave s..... i have seen alot of yours threads

 

stating the problems & i have done all corrective actions....

 

but now my problems is my rear brakes is very noisy....

 

i heard that changing rims can solve & furthermore i change my brake pads too...

 

how come i today ride still got sound leh and din rain today....

 

hope any1 have any clue to this can help mi?

I second u. Usually cheong brake shoes r lousy. I got change one time cheong one. Also made in thailand. One word to describe it. Lousy. Then later i go buy the original HONDA brake shoes and fix it myself DIY. Voila. It simply works. No sound. Only dat the cost is more than the cheong one leh. DAt is the sianz part. :sian:

totally agree wif u on tat... betteer dun save $ on tire n brake..they r ur best frene when u r riding... :thumb:

1) can i change my x-1 drum brake to disc brake?

2) if possible, am i able to use back my stock rims?

3) wat r e things/parts i need to get?

 

anyone try b4?

or perhaps any one interested?

get 125z rear hub caliper,brake pump..and a bit of welding at swing arm..for caliper
