you guys saw the gp125cc times.

they are doing, 2.13s and 2.14s.

last mss, superbike champ, mr. kuhara did 2.16++ which was a new sepang record for mss. he was using a hrc spec cbr1000.

damn this 125s are real fast.

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!

Pardon me...not too knowledgable abt track bikes. But i think its not a very fair comparison. eg. weight to power ratio of those pure race bikes compared to even our 1000cc production bikes.

huh?? Motogps are the prototype bikes.. Never compare against production bike.. Especially when pro riders on prototype bike vs amatuer hobby rider on production bikes..

Anyway i watch the support race on both days.. Its more entertaining than watchin the Motogp Class race.. There is lots of fierce battle in the Superbike/Supersport race.. Our Doc Dol had a very good race on sat.. He finish in top 10 out of 45 bike i think.. Me and frens did take some of thier timing top 3 bikes doin 2:16 and our Doc doin 2:19.. Can see very clearly the top 5 bikes are flying on the straight and sure they had done lots on the engine.. Doc is the master of late braking.. Fish tailing evertime he brakes and outbraking ppl to keep up with the more faster bike.. Heart beat very fast watching him brake in to turn..:faint:

Only if sg have tracks and are into motosports, we will be able to produce more pro riders.. For now, we shud be proud to see dat we have some riders dat are respected in Sepang.. Remember our streets are 90km/h max..

Good race and good race spirit to go all the way there to race, GP was fun weather for the most part was great, was very entertaining. But the ramli burger at the air-cond cafe in Sepang very expensive ha ha(since so expensive better address it as Datuk Ramli Burger).

I agree yesterday the GP class was rather boring...the 250cc class was more interesting the last few laps at least

I was at track on both days too. Where were u siting on sat? Not so many ppl on Sat. I at the end of granndstand facing pit near turn 1 on sat. I saw bike 25 crashed. Not sure who at 1st but learn that its our local rider, Hart. Quite a bad crashed. Rider being carried away. Hope Hart is OK. Any updates on him?

Yes i agree with u that the suport race is more fun to watch than the Motogp. Maybe becouse of too many bike on the grid, double than the Motogp. 11 rows of 4bikes on the grid. More fighting. Bike 12 is very powerful. Who's the rider? Bike 46 is our local hero. No doubt our doc dol is one hell of fierce rider. Looking at how fast he come and outbrake ppl into turn 1 makes me wonder how he managed that kind of speed into turn 1. Very amazing and entertaining to the spectator. There's too many bike on the grid and it makes me hard to notice our sg riders unless they had the flag on the bike or suit. Tried to lookout for Amba and Junjie but donno which one. Looking at the results Amba posted than i realise they not racing. Amba, why never race? Looking at the results u posted than i realise u never race. And our Doc is only a novice already doin 2:20 is something to be proud of as a singaporean. Who holds the lap record among our local rider? Is 2:20 at Sepang the fastest time ever done by our local rider? If it is then we all shud be proud of it because he is only a novice. If he gets the supports sure he will improve and futher makes us proud.

Daigo34, i believe u were not watching the race at Sepang. Comparing the motogp riders and our local rider is so wrong. Comparing the GP machines 125 and production bikes are also not right.

dol, congrats....he is the fastest sg rider.

also for your info, in US and UK, gp 125 spec machinery race together with supersport class.

and if HAMMER or INAGAKI or Petronas were there, they would have easily done 2.16s and 2.17s. remember, supersport class is run with limited mods.

race 1 sbk winner is Zamanie, ex Petronas rider.....this year with Team Kawa....his bike certainly not the best in the grid, but he makes the difference as a rider.

i am becoming too slow, and crash too much. riding a new model r6 like a 10 yr old rvf.

need to start from scratch again. need to create new style of riding. so take a break first.

this was one race i was waiting for.
