hey madfox...take it easy man..until you undersatnd your bike betetr before you go...

I am sure..most of us riding the first time on the road without supervision...is the most scary one...

well my first ride to a friend house of just 3 km..took me 30 minutes..that was a long time ago..and i almost gave it up..

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time:dot:

yea... i think its better it you spend a couple of weeks riding around in SG first... in housing estate area... CBD area... peak hour expressway... Off-peak hour expressway where can go fast fast. Better get used to different road conditions and experience different situations and plan for it first. Too risky now for you to go in msia so fast. Be patient, its better. Speaking for the little experience i have.

yup, it would be wiser to have ridden around for at least a couple of weeks in Sg first... at least you will be more familiar with ur bike and would (hopefully!) know how to react in a safe manner during emergency situations. :)

lol well i ride for abt 2 months before recently just started going msia... and i still feel i not zai enuff. Will probably need someone to guide me. Btw anyone going in some time mid of next week? tues or wed?

Yea that one important also. Thank God I went in the first couple of times with KeV and SilentHunter. Although we went in only in 2s they experience enough to make sure i was safe. Upz

btw mad_fox congratz on your new bike. Get to feel the bike first ok. Take it easy, relax and dont get too excited. REMEMBER NEVER-EVER DO SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF WHAT YOU WERE TAUGHT IN THE CENTER.

You gonna need more than 5 hours to master your bike. Go for a Month or two ok.

............Then can try the 88 corner....j/k. :lol:

yo. just got the bike. i would like to join in the club to go every friday.

 

Pls do not jump the gun.

Get more local riding time, know & understand more about you, your bike & the surrounding feel.

Virgin up north ride will come sooner or later, but have some experience clocked 1st(unless you'd rode before, motorcycle I mean).

Of cos, you're most welcome to join the ride, WHEN you are ready. ;)

How I wish there is a hokkien text reader.

 

I read and read and read.... but still catch no balls.

Guess we have to tok hokkien in face and not typo eh.

 

All I can figure out is this:

Well, went to workshop to checkout ma bike on Sat afternoon with ma daughter.

We both cannot recognize the bike as it's strip till real naked.

 

I think it'll be probably in 1 to 2 weeks time from now.

When it's out, I'll take it for a spin.
