hey spiderman gd review of fast throttle but to bad the price not within my budget cos tinking of getting a gear indicator. mayb if i cancel my plan for the indicator i get back to ya. btw ups for ur timming.

Not a prob man. I brought this fast throttle out to help ppl lower their budget on this awesome upgrade. Since i saw the cheapest in the market still in the 250 over range and YEC is 400euro according to Amba which is like 800sgd. Last time i was skeptical about fast throttles. Thinking that it will not help since i can cover it by turning the throttle more, but that is not the case. It actually make your bike feel much more powerful and more precise on the throttle to get power. Most ppl are very conservative in throttling the bike so most of your bike's potential is not maximised. The fast throttle helps maximise that potential.

I am not sure i can make it on the 26th. As for the throttle difference is that this one is able to retain the stock throttle housing and cables. So u can get them easily in any bike shop. The after market ones requires their own cables and will be a pain to get when u snap them. Maybe your bike down time will be as much as 1 week or 2 when shipping from overseas. And cables for R6 as i see in their website is specifically only for R6 which makes it even more a pain to get. Pm me if u have anymore questions. Cannot answer everything here.

Well i believe i will not be racing anymore due to finacial. I promised my wife that no more mss already BUT maybe pg or tuas track still can. Hahaha... So are u racing this year? i see that u also got Ktech valves. Any prob with installation for your model? For the throttle i learnt from my 250 that having extensive mods will put u in a very difficult position once u encounter probs. Things are hard to get and expensive to get. So this time i am going on a different approach. Using as much stock parts as possible to reduce money and time spent.

Ok so is it working properly? Like is there rebound damping? I installed mine but no damping. When to a reknown shop to do it again, Seems like the item is not compatiable to the 08 front. used the valves on ktech and used back a part of the stock.

Frame slider is about 130. front and rear is about 100+. so its around there.

hmm thx for ur input.. i got quoted @ 210 and that slider do not require cutting of frame.. guess that good enough for me..

juz collected my r6.. normally how does u all ride r6.. change gear in low rpm ? or high rpm ? compare to my 150cc bike this seem totally different.. hope i can get more inputs..

how much is the bra cost ? not sure what its call, a piece of rubber stick onto the fuel tank, said to be able to cover the spot where the belt will hit the tank..

and anyone have motorworld address ? would like to visit the store..

n for the above mention item ? where should i get it from other than ahboy.. chiong aik ? or even motorworld offer better prices

don't be startled bro. You can't whine forward the time to 2009 can you? It's still 2008 now. It's not a problem your bike is manufactured in 2008 cuz we have not gone to 2009 yet. Chill ~

By the way, '09 R6 has some sort of 'tribal' design on the fairings.

Poor guy, have been posting but no one answer him.

how much does a bike cover cost ?

and how is the price for the 3 pair of slider (front wheel, engine, rear wheel) @ $210 ? that is for no cutting of fairing..

Bike cover cost from $20+ and up

for full slider(3 set) cost between $190-$250

Bro you cant compare 150cc with 599cc. I was also from 135cc to 599cc. so ride normally first, get to know the bike before the rest teach you how to fly. Definitely the power is there. When you first starts off don't throttle too much.

Tank bra you can find in many shop. price varies from each shop. But to prepare you, all the parts will definitely cost > $100. except bulb. Prepare thick cash.

Mine the same, problem as you. Mine is R6 2008 but log card stated produce in 2007. Don't worry blue with grayish rims is definitely 2009 model. 2009 reach Sg in Dec? Thats fast!

btw what r the requirment for run in for r6 ? did not see this on manaual.. n how much should be the ideal mileage till the next EO change..

running in? Individual preferences. No right or wrong answer. Its your bike, remember you paid it, do whatever you like to it.

yeah 09 have reach hong leong on wed.. mine bikeshop got it ytd at about 3-4 then i quickly go down collect lor.. then what about the gear n speed normally ride on ?

i change gear in like 4k rpm.. is it too low? that will allow me to hit the top gear at about 80 or 90km/h at about 4k rpm..

manaual nv say anything about running in.. so i still thinking till how much mileage for nxt eo change.. change to full syntechic eo? or during run in use diff kind..

so how much is the rough price gague for tank pad the thing u call tank bra?

hi guys, i think im the first person besides Alex to use the throttle. it seems effective. u dont feel much when u ride at a low speed. the power comes in at around 6000rpm - 8000rpm. i shud say its worth it rather than u buy an aftermarket product. for those track junkies, u shud give this a try!!!

wow...this product looks excellent...U DID IT MAN.

just to share...YEC Fast Throttle cost about 500 EURO.

Robby Moto about 280US

Active about 300 Sing( I was last quote)

here, we have something for 150 sing...POWER!!!

be it u r a street rider, or track rider, or racer...this product is damn fun. its so easy to control the throttle with minimal movement. slight turn and full throttle already. I have used on my RVF before...and a stupid dangerous version which worked on R6.

get these guys, u wont regret.

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!
