anyway.. i went to renew my insurance n road tax juz yesterday.. ntuc 3rd party fire theft.. 740bucks.. road tax for 1yr 200 bucks..

 

yup.. no more direct discount.. and u have to be wif ntuc for 3 yrs straight to qualify for the loyalty discount.. i oredi wif ntuc for 4yrsplus.. but got break of 1mth b4 i got the r6.. so no loyalty discount.. basket

 

I dunno about now. But on the last few occassion, when ever I sold my bike then buy another. I cancel my current NTUC insurance and waited for the new bike to arrive and register, start a new NTUC insurance with the new bike. NTUC still honour my NCD and also loyalty discount as long as is within ONE year. I done this twice already.

I think we (even me!) commonly "interpretation" differently among all (including the NTUC ppl!!)

 

 

3rd party :-

Only insure the opponents vehicle. Bike on fire or stolen... then good luck. Bike drop buang because you sleeping or kanah oil etcetc, then good luck to your bank account also.

 

 

3rd party fire and theft, aka 2nd party :-

Same as 3rd party mentioned above, BUT bike on fire or stolen still can recover a % of market value.

 

All along I call it 2nd party, till the NTUC ppl keep saying its actually 3rd party insurance but added benefit of fire n theft. Then they always quote me "3rd party fire & theft"

 

 

 

Comprehensive aka 1st party:-

Insure everything! Your vehicle & opponents vehicle. And of course there is an excess

haha.. its ok la.. at least i'm oredi in the 25-27 yr old age bracket.. those younger then me even worse.. last yr my insurance was ard 1.2k.. now 700plus its a 500bucks drop..

hey guys... juz wondering... any of u guys installed the ignition module thingy?? Any reviews abt it?? The mech said that it'll boost up the low range and mid range... and u can set the amount of power for the different precentage of throttle cracked on...
