thanks for you recommendation had my brakes bleed..

and know it feel so great...

still got about 3/4 left.

how do keep the extra fluid from moisture?

i close the bottle dam tight and keep it inside a zip-lock bag..

hw often do you bleed your brakes?

next time want to bleed, maybe 2 bikes bleed at the same time better.

 

its best to bleed with fresh brake fluid.

 

i bleed mine every 2 mths.....i dun use my r6 on the road

Can anyone highlight how long or what is the mileage that is under warranty?

Coz I heard some R6 06 got this crankshaft problems..

Due to manufacturer defect

 

i heard is 6mth or dun how many KM or which ever occurs first.

Was quoted 18+k machine price by HL a month ago.. i guess if add insurance and COE in.. it'll come around 20+k..

Amba, so i presume 2nd batch of 07 is safe?

how do you define 2nd batch r6 07 ? i just got mine today. waited shipment 2weeks. consider 2nd batch ? does e manual state which yr yamaha it is ?cos mine state june edition 2006. weird.

well from r6 forums saw quite some thread bout blow up engine related to those rod,crank etc parts. yamaha offer 6mths but extend 12mths if you service at agent HL . so any one has information ?? shoottt

wah r46 u sell alot of things huh..been using ur alarm disc lock . thumbs up

 

guys, is it normal for r6 to tick when u open throttle gradually, u can hear some ticking sound ? i encounter some roughness,vibrations,at 5rpm. the rest are fine n smooth. this normal ? my machine run 200km only. also sometimes the engine oil warning light comes on for 10-15secs...then goes off. nomrally when just start bike. any advise guys ?

Oh no... i think my 07 R6 is the first batch one.... got my bike early this yr. around Feb. So what am i looking at? what kind of problem wll i be facing?
