i only ride my R6 twice a week only, will it affect the battery? i only ride on weekends only. Could anyone advise me? thanks

hi nelly bro.long time no see u on track....

so wat u meant was ur total bike cost is 23k+ + 2.2k(ntuc) + 1000(coe) = 26.2k+ ( excluding loan interest)

 

mine was 22k + 800(ntuc) + 800(coe) + 80(rdtx) + 150(transfer fee n svc charge) = 23.8k+ full CASH!

Machine : $18600++

GST: $1400++

Rdtx: $80

COE: $800++

Loan int @ 4%p.a

Definitely yes. Ive done my homework[research]. Just get the header titanium or stainless steel, it fit nicely. You dont need to go inspection. Coz the end-can was already registered. You dont want to pay for the 2nd time for inspection dont you?

I've called the supplier and ask before, for 08 model, it is about $1.3k for stainless steel and $2.3k for titanium - slightly more expensive to purchase separately from the slip-on.

ya correct. I ask the supplier just in case shop anyhow quote the price. some shop sell more expensive thn supplier. since shop dun have ready stock it is wise to get from supplier and negotiate e price urself.

The last time i check out the price fr the akra agent was 2.5K for TI. 4 sainless steel is chepper than TI, i think 1.plus k. The different that he told me is that the weight and its performance. But take note, both are illegal.

Wondering anyone have the same experience on R6 '08, when ur fuel is about going to reserve, u will feel sensation killing pain at the groin due to ur fuel tank that is extremely hot especialy when u wig a pillon. It is so bad that I even have a burn mark scar at my groin. Is this a norm?

But pls take note..for LV, slip-on and full system header don't fit..

 

May be the same for Akra..but Arrow can fit.

 

For purchasing of headers/exhaust overseas..can try http://www.pipecity.com or something like dat..try search. Heard frm the Ang Mohs in the states..their prices are not bad..

For other country is legal. But i know i gonna get it. The trick is, most tp that happen to stop us, to me, they are concern on the present of the after market BAFFEL. Unless the TP have a good background knowledge on wats going on the R6 or happen the bike being tow back to TP base. Wat i heard fr my friends that there is street legal full sys for akra but there are only 3 on this island.

some bike shop and friends told me this too...

i'm using Mircon full sys and stop by ROV afew time. Normally they only see your exhaust with the silencer on if you do normally will let you go de.
