i never used Motul 2T before so i can't advise much. i only used their gear oil before. Motul is definitely a good brand. as long minimum semi-synthetic from a reputable brand, u're very safe le.

 

dun worry too much k, just make sure the mixture is just nice, if not too rich ur bike gg to spew lotsa smoke and risk a fine from TP (especially ur P plate so bright and attractive) too lean the mixture u risk a piston jam.

 

i feel no real issues with regards to whether the 2t will spoil ur engine or not. the important thing is that the 2T does reach ur piston and lubricate it. as long as tt happens, no problems with which brand or which grade.

for small bike most of the shops can do a fine job, like my CBR150R, i actually do most of the servicing myself wan. e.g. engine oil, spark plug, air filter, air cleaner the basic stuff lah.

ytd just top up my 2t. the motul semi 2t so syrup de lei. very scare to use it. lol. cos the previous owner of my bike say she use semi 2t oso but hers how come more light in colour and more watery ar? same is semi but like so much difference. lol.

depends what their full service include. different shop have different package for full servicing.

topping up can onself do, no problem, very easy de. just have to watch the level don't exceed the h mark on the coolant reservoir lor.

 

if ur bike intend to keep for longer time like more than 1 year, can consider go flush ur coolant to clean away any impurities inside and\or previous owner had used tap water to top up or something.
