:cheeky:

boh lei... your milage higher than mine... mine now a couple hundred short of 30k. when i got my ride it was ~12.5k. in a span of 10mths or so i clocked ~17k, 1.5x of what the previous owner did in 2 years. 3 weeks later my mileage will be ~35k nia. still cannot catch up with you leh. somemore your bike is newer than mine... :sian:

hai... think when i sell have to con the buyer that the milage is in km else he see the mileage where will wanna buy...

the reserve indicator will light up when it *enters* reserve which is ~18.4l (meaning you have another 3.6l in reserve). it's usually 237-241 miles for me. the highest i ever got is 243 miles i think. if you get this region, then you should be able to get at least 280 miles with similar riding style and top up ~21.5-21.75l, leaving ~250-500ml in your tank.

you should get at least 12mpl up to slightly above 13mpl depending on how you ride (local).

this is 1 neat ride to own with a fantastic local economy of 20-21+km/l with a range of ~450km, or 18-20km/l for touring.

enjoy the fazer...

after taking a closer look i realise tat the condition is really really new plus millage is only 6700 km quite a good deal  oh btw my plate FG 6969 H ........ and i just bump into Kantana today :) if got outings let me know k my number is 91287814 name can call me ah boon .

but still there are people telling me that the thundercat engine is not as good as the FI one on the fz600 ????

many comparisons have been made between the 02-03 and post-04. i think the general consensus is 02-03 is a "better" ride based on:

1) stronger low-mid range (post-04 is a joke as many say)

2) better brakes

post 04 have her merits in up-to-date stying and technology, better top end, better balance, better stability, etc. but seems like the low-mid range pulls everything down.

i wonder how this ride can satisfy you when you had your eyes originally on 1k monsters. i lust for a fz1 within 4 days of riding...

Very informative thread about the different versions of Fazer 600, pictures, specs etc. Great job folks, of course the occasional :offtopic: is unavoidable. :cheeky:

Though I just got my 2A not too long ago, planning for a Fazer 600 when I pass my Class 2 also if my budget allows it or not. Guess it'll be around mid to end of 2007, maybe by that time Fazer will have NOS, GPRS, laser guided missiles, machine guns and wings to fly.
