u mean how far can the reserve last? Abt 60km.

 

FZ6 Gen2's can get sumthin like 300+km on one tank incl reserve.

 

Quite low on fuel consumption... mine is always within the 360km to 380km range..

 

Wats the maximum mileage that the fz6 can go when running under reserve fuel tank?

 

reserve kicks in at ard 310km to 325km, so more or less abt 60 to 70 km more to go.. (depends on ur trottle twist).

Wow dat great FC... Mine 05 FZ6 can only hit ard 290hm b4 reserve...Ah ya dont know what wrong ???

I personally light on my right hand... but travel 70% on urban 30% on expressway (Thanks to all the ERP !:dot: )

Just got sub-ridered on a FZ6, 2005 model. Anything to look out for? Seems nice, good range of power delivery. Seat quite high. Thinking of buying a bra, a tank bra that is ..

Not the box, but the bracket to fit the twin tail pipes. I'm selling a full set; i..e box, brackets and mounts.

ah boy got sell fazer600 top box a not ah, and how much for everyting. i mean bracket plus 52 litre maxia box??? And can 1000cc fazer put box anot ah, cos i never see any 1000cc fazer put box leh????

Fazer 600.. hmm. Seems to me the cheapest and most worthwhile 600cc bike for SG roads.. even Super 4 costs about $13-$14k. So a 600cc in this quality at this price is more than worth it!

Rainy days try not to order pizza/kfc/macdonalds.

I think Fazer 1k can put box also.

 

I am told that the brackets / mounts for the FZ6 are expensive, more than $200+, excluding box itself. Check with Chiap Lee. My fren's set still for sale.

the 2008 model had just revamped its look.. though not much, but i prefer the 08 compared to the 07 models

It's been a long time since I last posted here. I believe all Fazerians been enjoying the ride every now and then like me.

 

I've been a proud owner of Fz6 07 for one year + and till now, I've never once complain bout the bike.

 

FC has been very consistent, 20-21km/litre. 96kg rider and 70% of time with pillion.

 

Done some stuffs for my bike, such as H&B side panniers, Tank Bra and scott oiler. The usual stuffs....

 

Right now, perhaps will be exhaust? Looking for 2nd hand =D

 

Accepting donations right now.

 

Thanks everyone for keeping this thread alive, it benefited me lots when I was browsing it before I bought my ride. Lots of helpful info and friendly people. Sadly, wasn't able to meet up with anyone of them.

Most shops are quoting me $15k - $15.5k for FZ6N last month, based on 25 years of age (YOA) male, 2nd party insurance.
