laz sunday got operation i think, suddenly 3 LTA wardens appear happily summon lots bikes parked there.

Purposely conduct ops la... give money must collect some back... everytime pple park on pavement there usually nothing one ma.... suddenly all come.

But i find it very obvious. they are catching those offence that doesnt carry demerit. Thus offenders will definately pay and shut up wahahaha... basket them sighz..... thats their work i guess.
