am experiencing a new problem for the past 1 day.

like when engine break is in or normal brake, there's this sound coming out from the rear tyre there.

not sure where it is coming out from but can only figure out is coming from behind.

but when i clutch in the sound disappears.

any body have this problem?

Dear all,

Has anyone experienced sqeaking sound when braking?

Seems like i always have this problem.

I come down push bike forward and backward also have.

In terms of soft braking, hard braking and intermitten braking also have the squeaking sound from my front brakes.

When i did my first servicing at boon siew, they check le say no problem.

Still can tell me: Disc brake sure got sound one.

Can anyone advice me?

i also have... i also have this feeling my chain going to wear off soon, cause hear the chain sound:(

tried using brake cleaner or contact cleaner?

might be the brake dust tats causing the sound

what is this?where to get?

check ur chain tension, i got this once b4.. due to loose chain, causing the chain front part near the front sprocket, hitting something..

if so, think it's time for u to change.

if not chain tension then i also not sure lolz

ur chain sound is because ur chain is too loose, go tighten ur chain.

Better still, change ur stock chain n sproc cos stock chain will keep loosen n u needa keep checking everynow n then.

Brake cleaner can go MW or unique motorsport and ask the salesman, they will show u the product:cool:

Hi guys

Im thinking of changing into a super four revo, because i want to put box. Reason being i'm riding a cbr400 and it will look retarded to put box on a sports bike. furthermore, i want a more relaxing riding style as im getting older and my back aches lol.

So i went down to one of the motor tiams and saw a 1 year old revo, and a brand new revo. Difference is ~$2000 in pricing. I dont know whether i should buy 1st hand or the 2nd hand one. The value depreciates so much in 1 year as seen, and im going to not use the bike so much when im in camp(esp first 3 mths). So im in a dilema now. Any lao jiao can kindly share with me your views and why?

Thanks!

My opinioin would be to get the latest batch of 2nd hand spec 3. Helps a bit in cutting down cost of your monthly installment and petrol as its a carb bike.

oh thanks for your reply.

hmm, so that means revo has higher fuel consumption due to EFI?
