Wow 400cc version. I am hopping to change to the 600cc version of it.

Look at the forks look adjustable and with it killers look as well as a digital meter( I hope),FI(I hope) i dont see why it will not be a big thing after Super 4.....

Sigh. The introduction of a new 400cc will just weaken our arguments to getting the authorities to change the existing licensing system.

 

That said, it's a neat-looking bike. I'll take it over the dated-look S4 anytime.

hi rhema, i'll be honest about one thing:

 

given a choice of wat kind of 'ideal world' i want, i would choose one where there is a wide variety of new and modern 250/400cc bikes available and the Class 2A licence in force, rather than one with no 250/400cc bikes nor the 2a licence.

 

having said that, the intro of just this one new 400cc roadster is not nearly enough to validate the 2a. i'll bet this is a japan-only model with a possibility of exporting to our shores, just like the super4. and you're right, for as long as there is even a single 400cc bike avialable as new like the super4, non-bike enthusiasts who dun understand us will point at it to us and say "here's ur 400cc bike, what are u complaining about?"

Dunno what price range the GSR400 will be in If Guan Hoe or the PI bring them in? Hopefully it will be ard brand new S4 price..

check with ATAN motoring today. Salesman Lim told me this bike will be coming in by next month. price will be afew hundreds more compared to brand new super4.

Cos even for 600cc I dont see the spec for it like bhp,etc?

The pic looked like 600cc, how is meters and carbs of EFI?

nope, i dun think so. i think manufacturers had stopped all 400cc sportsbikes productions. the latest ones are the RVFs.

u can see brochures now at Looi's motor, they confirmed that Guan hoe is bringing in the 600cc 1st. Last but not least both 600cc and 400 cc are fuel injection

Wah.FI 400cc?But i'm looking forward to the 600cc version.Wonder what the price is like?It has digital speedo and gear indicator.Will the 400cc version get all this as well?Sure to be a hit with 2A riders.

The features for both 600 & 400cc are quite similar. LCD display and particularly I noticed that there is a "FI" indicator. My take is that the 400cc may not come cheap!
