a lot of ppl buy and sell this bike. most ride less than half a yr, and saw some change to to other type of bikes liao. wonder why...

i am interested in the 135 no doubt. but in the end, i still prefer my bike's unqiue-ness and rarity on the roads.

c'est la vie~

Q: After changing racing foot rest rear break not effective how to rectify it?

A: Yes, after changing to racing footrest, the rear drum brake will feel nothing. There is NO BEST solution to go about it. The best way reckoned is to do a Rear Disc Brake conversion.

Disc Brake Conversion

a few considerations during conversion...

1. Make sure your racing foot rest can fix a brake pump.

2. Original Spark rims are drum brakes, so the back wheel has to be changed.

Using Brake Cable

Instead of using the rod thats given in the racing foot rest, use a retrofitted Metal Cable to substitute... its said to be a lil more effective.

Q: What is the cost of a full disc brake conversion as compare to Brake cable conversion?

A: Disc Brake Conversion : 400 - 550 RM.

Racing Foot Rest Cable: 15 - 25 RM.

when u change the rear disc u will need to change ur rims... unless u wan them to modify ur original rims...

if i dun remember wrongly ah a full set which incl the disc, caliper, pump kit, reservoir, bracket, rims plus conversion n tyre will b below sg$300

license will come soon... but think before you committ to the bike... cos its a liability. heh

the drain plug is below if i dun remember wrongly it should b size 19 socket...

while the spark plug is abit more tricky as its on the top u need to take out the right side fairing and squeeze thru abit of restricted movement...
