if im not wrong.. battlax take a long time to heat up.. so corner wont be so safe.. whereas tt900 heats up real fast n becomes one wit the road in no time.. but the bad point is it wears off fast.. tell u all these actually no use also.. all up to personal preference..

I have installed sound system in my bike(3 speakers and a equalizer) all in my box. my battery had become weak in just about a weak after i installed the sound system.I'm using mp3 player.I'm only using 1 battery.Do i have to buy 1 extra battery so that my bike would have 2 batteries? im currently using wet cell.If i buy an extra battery do i have to fix it to the rectrifier or just my sound system? will there b any problems? can my rectrifier charge two batteries? i'm sorry to ask alot of questions. But i need ya help. in my first month of riding.. it starts on first kick, everytime. no choke.

regardless of weather / time. cfm start...

now, it'll usually start on 2nd kick if i'm lazy on the first. no choke also.

super cold weather, like 4.30am + rain... or park 3 days.... it'll start after 3 kicks with choke...

learn to kick like a scrambler rider helps too anyway... cheers!

spark is using only 800ml of EO and 900ml of EO if changing oil filter... but did any spark rider used the whole btl of EO irregardless of changing oil filter? will it damage the engine? feel tat its quite troublesome to bring the extra EO back hm but very wasteful if leave it at the shop...

For new riders, when do you change your first EO?? At 500km or 800km?? Subsequent is at 1600km then 2400km. Then followed by every 2000km right??

What type of EO to use? Is it semi sync??

Here's the answer..

Q: How should i do the running in of a new bike?

A: Only the normal break in will be covered.

1. Ride the bike till 500KM with speeds ranging from 60-70km/h on Mineral Oil

2. Change to Semi Synthetic EO.

3. Ride the bike till 1000km with speeds not exceeding 80km/h.

4. Change to either Semi or Fully Synt EO.

5. Ride the bike until next oil change. (either you change again at 1500km or just leave it)

6. after that... every 2000 km or 1.5 months... whichever comes first.. oil change.

Lacing footrest IS illegal. But they sometimes close one eye.

Lacing CDI by right is illegal too, but normally they wont check. They can't be so free to be stripping every other bike apart to check if the CDI's original. I've never heard of anyone gotten caught with an aftermarket CDi ever before, so I wont know how much the summon is.

More importantly are things that compromise yr safety(tail light, signal light, mirror, balding tyres etc) or their ability to catch you (ie number plate etc) and lastly if you're causing some public disturbance (loud pipes etc).

My SG$0.002 Cheers.
