i was conned by a mech, he told me the swerving left and right is the t-bar slanted. but another mech told me if t-bar slanted, the bike will only swerve one direction.

 

so after loosening (or is it tightening), sorry i forget to ask, i am happily playing corners. but the handle bar will still wobble a bit and vibrate. so i might need to rectify it. but at least now no more swerving left and right.
