Brudder, what Ah Tee does is not just lowering the fork la.. ha. If you wanna simply just lower yr fork, you can simply go AGL or JB Ah Boy to do it. Cheap cheap nia. Chances are it wont work at all..

What Ah Tee does is he modifies the internals of the forks. Its re-valving the forks. It involves stripping the whole set of forks (including the internal valvings etc) apart; and next its being welded, cut, volumed with the proper type of oil, grind away the fork catch, and finally carefully refitting everything back in very critical heights.. It involved alot of work/ R&D time. Not those kuching kurub type of "grind-away-the-catch-and-add-fork-oil" type of job 90% of the shops does.

Just take a look at how he does it if you've the chance. You'll appreciate it. Won't say its dirt cheap. Simply—Justifiable. You gauge for yourself.

Hope it helps clearing some air. Take care and Cheers bro!!~

yes wat he say is true.... i done my fork by ah tee also...

i would say is a good deal...

so anyone can enlighten me? other than the cosmetics aspects of the aftermarket fork like gazi inverted fork, and it works, any significant effects on the fork it does? compared to a normal fork which is modified a little to so called make it lower? i know for sure an aftermarket fork just looks lower. i wanna know more..

Thrash? Don't mind if i do.

btw... about the brake pads...

spark135 stock ones are kevlar? organic? ceramic?

EBC brake pads are sinister ones?

which type of brake pads are those that eats the brake disc?

regarding aftermarket CDIs...

anyway.. after some reading online and reading the wiring diagram for Spark 135 (er... i'm not that electrical inclined actually..), i realised that those using aftermarket CDIs with single connector are not really doing good to their machines...

the 2nd connector that we're not using actually connects to the... Throttle Position Sensor, Fan Motor Relay and the Coolant temperature warning indicator light...

so i'm guessing that with my aftermarket CDI (without the 2nd connector)... i'm exposing my bike to overheating someday and causing a possible eventual fire? (please correct me if i'm wrong?)

so my question goes back to the forumers with aftermarket CDI... has anyone did re-route the wiring for the fan motor in our bikes to work?

or are we just using the plug&play method... is it even safe?

heh... theres a wiring diagram posted in yamahaT135.com forums...

specifically, the wire that controls the fan motor relay is the White/Yellow wire from the 2nd connector harness to your CDI....
