All Cubs gear are like that. Diff is with clutch or clutchless. Go for the clutch one !!!

X1 clutch model the gear is similar to normal sportsbikes

not too sure if there's other models which are the exceptions

Ok bro, let me tell you.

When change engine oil alone, top up 0.8 litre.

When change engine oil AND oil filter, top up 0.9 litre.

Hi guys...bought my T135 last Wednesday...trade in my wave125, which BP took in for 1.7k(my wave front tyre alignment is a bit out cos I "buang")

Costs:-

3.5k otr....2nd party insurance...dun have to top up cash cos i'm old....

$100 to retain my FX plate

$156 for IU

$50(i tink this is for admin charges)

Total instalment: $111.20 x 24 mths ( I did not come out a single cent, just trade in my wave...interest rate at 5%)

and some other costs i cant recall what for...much cheaper than anywhere else, trust me, cos i did my hmwork before buying...my wave was also bought at BP, also at the lowest price i can get...Looi's was asking for 4.3k for the T135...

My bike will only be ready after CNY, cos of the plate retention taking a bit more time.

Some other details i gathered:

Clutch version only got kickstart, no e-start

auto clutch got both kick and e-start

black does not come in the clutch version at all

my mechanic was one of the first to buy the T135...he already tried to whack the bike before running in....he claimed that the bike went up to 140km/h.....can go smmore...and quite stable....he also traded in his wave for the T135...he said the 135 is much better, more powerful...

as for accessories, they have lots of cool accessories, not made by third party companies, but by Yamaha Thailand themselves....Basket??they have it...check out the link and drool....lets have a meetup once we have 10 riders....

Was in Thailand this past week. Got some cool Thai mags (just for the pics) and it seems that the Spark 135 is hot stuff in Thailand for modifying. Looks like a cool little bike. All the ones in the mags seem to have a manual clutch.

NICE!

Yeah but the pics in the Thai mags say 1000 words. Got 3 different mags.

Some with pics of the cupkias mod to drag bikes and another with some raider 150's mod to MX bikes and also a Spark 135 TOTALLY mod to a motard format. Custom frame with heaps of KSR110 bits.

CRAZY!

Lots of nice Spark 125 pics and of course a heap of sonic pics. Also includes an article on that CBR150 streetfighter I posted in the naked bikes section.
