I bought a $50 Taiwanese battery at FJT, works just as well, plus it beeps when the charge is low.

I have a spare battery which i used for a few months between Sept 07 to Dec 07, on my cbr1000rr5. It performs and works the same like the original and other batteries, which i have tried so far. :thumb:

 

Its much cheaper than the original battery($180-by Mah Motors).

 

If you want and need it, I could sell it to you.

Did u get from boon siew or parallel import?

theres a recall for coil replacement + extended 7 years warranty given

for 2005 model

so pls check whether yours have been claimed/replaced and covered with extended 7 years warranty

I just got mine last month but the beeping function no more oredi

 

Btw selling my Taiwanese battery too new not used at all

MV Agusta was supposed to be there, but the engine broke down. Believe it or not, a local dealer has been telling me the issues and support they've been getting from MV, it's just not worth getting one for everyday ride.

 

I remember an F4 at the SG Expo few years back was leaking green stuffs onto the fairing & floor.
