Oh Really? I just called up Christopher, he said 180 and 200 are compatible if both use digital meter, I guess he is confused and its only UG4 compatible with P200.

For pricing he mentioned Clutch plates is 5 pieces 6$ each and clutch friction disk is 6 pieces 9$ each and then some other part and labour 25$ and engine oil 10$. So total cost 129$

Yeah, labor is a...pickle. ("...no doubt about it!")

I'll upload some pics this afternoon :thumb:

OK guys, i have the answer regarding the amoutn of fork oil in each leg.

UM is right. It is 180ml or 175ml to be exact.

I got a reply from the manufacturer of our 37mm forks, the Endurance Grp.

so that sums it all up.

In case some are wondering about the Polos, I have placed the order and now waiting for a delivery date confirmation from the shop.

Should be next week if all goes well, but as soon as I know exactly, I'll let everyone know.

i want to maintain my own bike.. but i dont know how.. which is which.. and which part covers where.. blabalbla...

haiz.

Very easy my fren.Just follow these steps:

1) Whenever u do servicing, make effort to talk /ask/pester the mechanics on what goes where/what do what.

( By doing these, u will also know whether the mech is good or no good)

2) Keep a look out on how items are replaced/fix.

3) Then go home, try to do the same thing the mech had did.

4) If all goes well, take out 5 screws MAKE sure 5 screws goes back in. If not,............

(Standby UM number)

5) It's a long process my fren, but with interest & the will to know, impossible is nothing.

6) Best way to know, come to our BTO. U can meet all types of character ( to mention names would likely get me banished from Pulsar SGP).

We've got electricians, DIY mechs,teachers...blah...blah.

Cheers for my 0446 cents of worth:>

Agree 20 000 % :thumb: :thumb:

So true about the 5 screws out, 5 screws in hahaha..

I remember the first time I took out the head light assembly from Shadow, took me 4 hours to do a simple wiring and put it back.

Plus help from a friend. (It takes NGAT 10min, with one hand no less)

And I ended up looking at a screw in my palm going"O_o where does this go????"

...

Good times!

My 446cents worth of review on the KNN....oooopsss....... K&N air filter on my UG2 P180.

Solo riding.

1) 1st gear - Extra pull from standstill. RPM raises faster. From 1k rpm to 5.5k rpm, the needle just climbs faster. Noticeable difference in extra torque.

2) 2nd gear - RPM stays around 4K after gear shift. Normally RPM would drop to around 3 - 3.5K. Which means, less momentum is lost during gear change and

did not loose speed. RPM can be pulled towards max but major vibration can only be felt around 7-8K rpm.

3) 3rd gear - Same as 2nd. But felt a bit of flat spot within 6K-61/4k. But momentarily only - slightly less than a second. RPM still can be pulled to max ( Red

line).

4) 4th gear - Same as 3rd but no flat spot. RPM remains stable.

5)5th gear - Same as 4th but, am able to flex more torque even in top gear.i still can get more torque with just twisting the throttle without down shifting.

The extra torque seems to be endless.

So, it seems to perform better than using a power filter / open port as the air flow is more manageable. Also, did not notice any less in FC..

Thanks to mj(alerting me) & Alvin( wrong model) , feeling the good ride now. Hope for more racuns next.

Cheers.
