this is a common issue for sparks esp after washing the bike, jus take out the head fairing total 6 screws only... wipe dry can liao... at the same time check whether ur wirings has been mod before anot... if is it ensure all are properly taped up to refrain from future "shot" again... haha

maybe ur carb timing higher then ur fren??

maybe u are going too fast?

above 100km/h decreases the fuel economy.. quite drastically.

tht is from my exp.

=)

down engine?

well if bike is regularly seviced and maintained it will prolong engine life.

my suggestion is EO, spark plugs and oil filter change earlier den recommended.

cheers.

nice to noe tht there are many fellow spark riders here. =)

yah must check, coz from what i see, spark fuel gauge is the most **** up one

from F to top blue zone very slow. Top blue zone to mid line damn bloody fast. then needle below E still got like 0.3 l of petrol.

Posted

fuel gauge is a lil messed up. but your mileage doesn't lie. hmm... well dude, weight, idling timing all comes into consideration. if you're a relaxed rider travel most of the time 90km/h, then something must be wrong ah. for my case, i'm oversized. yet my mileage can get more than 135km per fuel tank

Thrash? Don't mind if i do.
