go to motorworld (kaki bukit) or extreme (near CMPB) and ask for " RED REV" for super 4...

stock can hit 190, its ur choice to pay that amount of $ for just 1k rpm more.

yah...very true also...:) No point wasting the money...even if always go up north also no point mah...Drag all the way 180km/hr using an S4 i also scared...

Will reach 180km/h(w/o redrev)...but some say hit 190km/h. Btw those guys who hit 190km/h,is it on flat road or downslope?. I'm using redrev,just for the fun of it,i dont do more than 110 in Sg but up north. hehehehhahah!!:lol:,at times those "J" plate cars like to play with bikes. Especially those proton wira,kancil,saga or anything below 2L. There's when you show if the bugger than tail you at 200km/h or not.

 

Highest rpm i've reach on red rev while in 6th gear is 13.5krpm then the rev limiter cuts in.Last advice,a 400cc will always be a 400cc,want to go faster,get a class 2 bike.

its not about how often i can ride that fast...its about testing the stuff,see the limits of my bike..its a waste of $$$ but its wat i wanna do to content myself...

not about going north,its about trying the bike limits n obtained n make use of any information or tips that have the capability to increase the top..

 

its wat i do,especially going out with my cheap trilled frens.u can use ur bike for transport n maintain it in excellent condition for 3,5 years n im not gonna say anything,but thats not me....

hmmm... wonder wat drives u to install it last tym...

 

if u didnt install it n must have heard about it around,then u must have been

 

a very gd listener n proactive in baseless advices..

woah, so defensive. anyway, giving my 2 cents only. no need to be like tat.

 

190 is at 12k rpm. hitting 13k rpm, thereafter is redline by removing e limit isn't it 1k rpm more?

confident?? its isn't, its just pure maths. if 12k to 13k isnt 1k more, then i duno wat is.

sorry to disappoint, i din install it.

 

but well, am just citing facts and never about you should or should not get it.

its always ur choice, ur preferences. :thumb:

Most if not all engines had rev limiter to prevent over reving..

If removed you might damage engine without knowing it...

53BHP still needs a power/speed cut, cuz it can easily go above 180kph.

a rule posed in 1998, stated all JDM models inclusive of high performance cars need to have this factory fitted power/speed/RPM cut at 180kph.

 

even performance cars like GTR had top speed at only 180kph before removing the power/speed/rev/RPM cut.

 

anyway, revtec is NOT a powercut remover. it's just a voltage stabliser.

REDREV is the real McCoy..

 

this issues had been discussed serveral times and those who used/tried Redrev, experienced the difference in bike performance at higher RPMs.

breaking the 180kph at their own risk to test the product.

I tried red rev and can hit to the area "WHERE NO NUMBERS EXIST"! but den again after that 1, 2 satisfaction u scared about the limit of ur engine whether u pushing it too hard... there must be a reason for the red area...

 

anyhow... now since never go 2nd link top up fuel already so cannot let my baby exercise anymore :weep:

R u sure the super is just 53 hp? Mine had a dyno sheet that states 58.4HP @12k RPM. Mine is a SPEC II btw i just got not along ago with Yoshi Endcan. Is it normal for S4?

it depends, 53HP is for stock S4, if u change air filter, endcan, or even full system or install jetting kits, the results varies:bouncefire:
