No. Projet is belong to Conoco, a US company whereas Petronas is their local company. I did a comparison bet Shell & Projet. Can feel pick up increase obviously. No need to drop gear so often. If u guys get a chance, try n feel it.

 

Btw im using esso 2T gold & Castrol R2. No much diff though since 2 also fully syn
