bro, chill out..i know n we know how it feels when ur bike does that..most of us have been der done dat..but worry not..i'm sure u'll find out n rectify wats d problem.. cheer up =)

Bro,

Based on my humble knowledge & experience, this might due to several factors collectively as follows:

1) Choked carburetor ( Dirt and impurities built up will affect combustion timing thus contributing to No Ignition )

2) Idling setting on carburetor too low ( This will also have direct effects after u throttle and then free wheel. A backlash occurred and it will stale your engine )

3) A faulty spark plug head / cable. Check these areas.

4) Fuel blockage due to impurities built up. Check your fuel line.

5) Timing and Air settings on your carburetor also can contribute to direct engine stale during free wheel

or maybe like my one last time ignition coil needs replacing..:cheeky:

ps: thanks sparkers & des.. =)

its not a must. but its recommended for u 2 ride below 90km/h. reason being is cause of simply new piston are designed to be a bit bigger than the required. therefore u need to ride not more than 90 so that the new piston can sealed in properly with the block. This is to later on provide a smooth throttling later on.

New stuffs in the engine need to be seasoned before they can function properly. Unless u wanna spend changing pistons regularly.:cheeky:

Based on my humble experience and knowledge, faulty sparkplug can be due to the Manufacturer's faulty production or the wrong insertion by the mechanic which caused it to lose its credibility over a few hours.

Timing chain mostly exist on 4 stroke bikes. Knocking sound can be due to a worn out piston and block knocking. Poor synchronization of the two!!

yeah tats gonna be my situation also but mine is relatively cheaper for 2-3 months of extension and also most prolly late payment also..damn i didnt know abt tis until today..anyways..the bike shop is supposed to tally the insurance end date with the road tax end date, but it seems they failed to do so..and their lame reason is cuz my bike is second hand bike..how do i tell its lame? my fren's kr bike is also a 2nd hand but they tallied the end dates for her..so this is obviously something had went wrong at their end when they did the admin for my bike..and the best thing is im not even aware of all this and the significance and importance of all these things until today =_=" my fault, or bike shop's fault, its up to the masses to judge..in my opinion, bike shop should have at least bothered to inform their customers..but heck..this bike shop is famous for chopping carrots and giving a load of crappy lies from some of their people to customers..so i shouldn't expect anything less then this from this shop..they are jus another c0cked-up and leeching bike shop..lame reason for not tallying d due dates..and lamer reason given to my fren about her 1st hand bike, which shouldnt have problems such as piston jammed..LAME LAME LAME..
