from woodlands to (goldsand casinox2) thn go ecp till stop at katong flyover

the volt same drop below around 10

when rev/ride fast thn 12-14

once stop at traffic light drop to 10 again

if on signal now

drop till 8

try to on led light,cant!s

(so i think my magnet coil n cdi r ok)

so i stop at ecp katong,under the flyover

i bring along two rectifire

i stright away change another rectifire

from there i ride to geylang n eat teochew porridge wif my wife

at this time

the batt still show around 10

after eating i take cte back to woodlands

on the ways back

the voilmeter indicate better n better

reached hm all cum to normal!

i feel the malaysia n japan cdi got

malaysia i rev till 10.5rpm(most is 11 rpm must change gear liao)

but japan can reach 12rpm

top dunno(i pamper my engine-))

the boyesen i just install lastnight 1-2am

got small book cum with it

book say wiil make rich at main n lead at air

must resetting jetting after install

(i agaaga tune only,cos midnight liao)

b4 i fix malaysia CF reeds

gear 1,2,3 till 10-11

around open valve

u feel like got force try throw u to behind

must grip tight handlerbar

(that is what i always disturb my wife,suddenly open thrrotle:P)

but

i cant feel this feeling after change to boyesen?

will try again n let u know.

hi guys, I recently read a thread about full servicing of bike.consist of washing carb/block/piston/piston ring/valve. I have seen a mechanic washing my carb, but so far didnt heard of washing block,piston,piston ring or valve. I was wondering what is the right way to wash block/piston/piston ring or valve?? The mechanic in malaysia told me is by using petrol to wash. izzit true? and how long do you have to wash all those mention above beside the washing of carb? Because i am considering to do it soon because this krr 150 bike of mine I intent to extent the COE for another 10 years because I wanna save up for a bigger bike first. I dont intend to pay by instalment should I get a class 2 bike( i.e full payment).. so dont need to incur so much intrest so it will be a few more years of using this kawasaki bike that i have currently so wanna maintain it well. pls advise. appreciate it

y remove my brake? lolx.

i is part time student. eno is full time student. by de time i reach skol he gone off liao. lolx. but no worry, still can meet up wid him when we got our kr outing organise by u. hahax.

i nd a stock tail light cus my rear light bulb everytime blow. den i ask one of de mech at kaki bukit bike shop, he said bcus my mod tail light is not tightly mounted to my tail, den will keep on knocking here n there, den u noe light bulb have 2 coil, one of de coil is owas heated when we start our engine. n other will be heated when we press our brake, den de coil when heated will bcum soft n plus de knocking here n there, tt y my rear light bulb owas blow at one coil (which mean on eng not light, press brake got light). so he recommend me a stock tail light. he charge me $35 - 40 wid stock tail light plus workmanship. lolx. duno ex anot lei.

i might be interested. so is tml (sat) 12am? but must see whether i can leave at 12am anot cus before tt will be catching movie. will sms u when if i coming bro.

hi thanks for your response,i have changed the chain sprocket set RK xring gold chain after change the chain the RPM and speed dosent match i feel a humming sound when reach 60+ and vibration,after that i bring it to repair he changed the rear sprocket and told me that sprocket size different 41 teeth then again he changed to 35 teeth and told me this is stock,still i hear the humming sound and vibration but lesser than before,6 gear 6500 can see 80KPH is that right?

whats the stock size sprocket?is there any compatibility issue cause the humming sound and vibration

just go to a good motorshop imo like kok seng /ah boy and do a full service , they take care of the rest.. and they can know what parts are spoilt and can advise u more what to change..

then the air tuning i open smaller..and u still got fix the yellow plastic?

i never fix that one back..and the metal limiter..i also never fix..

Guys, my bike at the stomach there, will always drip black liquid ( carbon ) on e floor. I didnt wack e bike but still appear. Why lei? And on my endcan, at the hole there, if rain then can see brown2 liquid. Why is it lei? Anyone experience it ?
