Talking about smoke. Any idea how to minimize the smoke output? When I first took over, it almost has zero smoke output, but now it's getting more and more smokey.

Go for servicing. Clean carbon on your block. Re adjust your oil pump. Should reduce your smoke.

Fix your carb first, restore back air filter.

 

No hurry change block or piston.

 

Gear plate? Did u mean clutch? U try to pull clutch, shift gear to 1st position. Rev little bit, see whether your bike will move. If clutch still good, it will not move. If it move, then its time for you to change.

the 6 plates ah. no move on gear 1 but kick gear to neutral quite hard sometimes also cannot neutral till shut engine. carb wise what should i say to the bike shop ?

Or You need to rev n move little bit and quickly shift to neutral.

Buy air filter first. Later bring to shop to install for you.

 

Ask shop open your carb, open it. See main and pilot jet number.

 

Stock, pilot jet is 22.5, main jet is 270. needle clip should be in center position. max stock bike can use for pilot is 27.5 and main is 290.

 

Check any missing component or ring inside carb? No leaking, no crack, etc.

 

Then set the air intake in to carb. Ensure mixture is ok.

 

Your bike should be getting better.

Almost any motorbike shop also has it.. Price shall be around $25+/-

Ouhhh, if local you know where to get? I know jb can get local set for about 600+ RM but the problem is to get the set bk in SG, so am trying to find it in Sg itself
