hi everybody, i need some advice... i went to bukit merah today to ask about the price of 2nd KIPS. the lowest was 2.8k including insurance road tax and everything. this shop i ask is from Southern, price quoted by ah lee.

 

er is this a gd deal? other shops offer about 3K to 3.5K

 

i saw a thread in Why Pay More. they say the shop chop carrot one leh.. how??
