from mine humble view is 2 storke same maintenace as all 2 stroke 2t most inmpt...heee... cub easliy to mainten if is done correct... err better ask mech for the safety ..haaa...hear can listen but in real life no insurance...haa..

 

from mine work place losta malaysian so ask about cub stuff...errr due distance one day ( for 125z) live in senai there in spore worked at loyang...back fro close to 100k...heee if they use GD GD 2t waste money ..there for they use average err example shell 2t sliver colour one 10rm..so about 5to 6 singapore dollar..

 

they used for 2 years liao and running at 100 above so i belive switching 2t no pros...

 

just mine view i use cheap cheap de esso low smoke($4) from ah boy.. haaa like that strwberry smell..

after reading thru all the pages in this thread, come to realise i bought the bike quite expensive.

=( i down $900. den Top $100 for agreement fee. so total i down 1k. den i carry for 1 yr. 1 month ard $188. too expensive right? any bro out there to guide me? its a FW plate.

 

wats the normal fuel comsumption for 125z? top how much? any other thing to look out for when i collect my bike in a few days time? haiz. suddenly becum so new to bike. kinda sian =( the rear light can change de ma? coz the stock wan see liao abit sian leh. hehe

to all, for the past few days i've been a McRider..i learn lots of things..one important note to all.. when right turning[from minor to major] make very very very sure the traffic of both directions are clear..just now almost langgar..phewh..lucky i jam brake juss nice.. if i langgar, i got no one to blame except myself...

125z 2t very fast finish la. My fren whu rides a zed last time claims our 2t intake more then rxz. dun believe ask around, people whu rides rxz and [maybe] krr,ask em how many times they topup their 2t in a month.

 

haiyo how can pistom jam. ??you whack the bike often ar..?? haha..but wat to do everyone have the racing spirit in em. HUAHUAHUA.

 

taillight if sian[i realli duno how can get sian of tailight] can always change to cbr150 tailight. or if you want more challenge change to spark135 tailight.[nvr tried but you can always try]

Wah mine ah 1L use for 3wks only...I used Castrol 2T Actif.. $5 from LAB.. so far good ah..bike easier to start as compared to using shell and esso's 2T.

hey. ask u all. er. y125z above the tail light, can put the so called 'pillon handle' right? i saw some 125z tat the pillon handle got the back light like tat. where to get it? will the thing light up wan? where can i get it? anyone help?

i heard 125z put rxz carb petrol comsumption will be lower than 125z original carb ? Is it true ? wads the millage difference ?

Yah the pillion handle, can put light ah there coz mine got plastic casing attached to it which I think can be used to put light..

 

I think go JB anything can be done ar as long got money..

Been riding my FW1978E for 2 years, average fuel usage is one full tank every 3 days.

 

Each day I commute at around 110-120kph on highways, 40-50km/day. 2T topup every 2-3 weeks, using Shell semi-synth (the grey one), or sometimes Esso 2T Pace because its cheaper and seems to be better (for 1L amount). Less smoke with Esso. If I use yellow Shell one then occasional white smoke.

 

Bought bike at $2000 (excluding xfer fee, insurance) secondhand from Motor Point @ West Coast.

 

Now, question - I've been trashing the bike for 2 years straight, doing drags and downhills at excessive speeds and it seems to be doing OK with no special maintenence besides oil change every 3 mth and perhaps a chain every 8 months.

 

Today I flew to school at 7000-8000RPM all the way. Top gear! Hold max torque range uphill and fly downhill! Get outta my way you fat 400ccs! Hope not to do it again this evening

 

Now, not trying to be the Devil's Advocate but eventually something is going to happen to the bike - interested in doing full service, upgrade to tubeless tyres, sport rim that sort of thing. How much would it set me back?

 

Aside from knowing how to go fast, I'm a total newbie at motoring, appreciate info!

its located at 61 upp paya lebar road.. behind diamond industries...

after irving road turn left n u'll see the shop..

 

it only from 8pm till late morning..

 

anything can pm stroker.. cos he's the boss..got no number now as he lost his hp at the kallang race yesterday..
