today 27/2/09

i went to motoworld

bought rs-taichi raincoat

called rainmaster

xxl

silver color

price SGD140 paid

 

the sticker and manual all are in japanese language

it says in japan sells Yen 11340 which is SGD179

You managed to get silver? Well I should have called the other branch to check out.

 

Bros who want to purchase, I would advise calling to check out sizes/colour before heading down to either branch.

there's another type call wetbuster it think.. it cost 220 bucks! but when i wore it, it's damn light.. but i still got the drymaster cost of the promotion for the bike fest.. i brought it for 100 or 110.. now selling back their ori price of 140.. still good enough.. rain no wet inside.. good stuff..

yeah just got a rainbuster today.. its on promotion $49.90.....

 

Yeah I got mine too yesterday at Kaki Bukit. Luckily I managed to get the last S size piece.

No ar, this one quite good. From the reviews I've seen, it's quite long lasting. The pants comes with it too.

Regarding cleaning of RS Taichi Drymaster raincoats, has anyone regularly soap sponged & spray wash their coats?

 

Will this destroy the water-proof-ness of the rain coat?

good question. i doubt it will affect the capability of the rain coat

Hi bros, sry ah so LATE! :lol: the rainbuster izzit the wan famed for the thinness when folded? i wun mind the "pain" when raining coz i normally wear rain jacket over mesh jacket.. Heez.

I bought a Taichi raincoat during promotion..... but now it seem like whenever it rains.. my chest and sleeve sure wet one.. issit the rain coat spoil or wat??? sian manz
