i have a friend who owns a runner, a fazer1k, a full track setting cbr6 08, and a gsx6 full track setting. all bike full cash, and all his bikes have very nice number plate.

and he have no car, not even a class3 lic

so is he rich or poor?

riders will always be viewed as people who are drawing a lower income than drivers.. cos a bike can be as cheap as $500.. quite sure you cant get a car at $500..

Why there are so many bikers steal bike's parts, petrol, cash card etc.... maybe not the biker, is the bike shop ?? are they poor.... or they are cheap.... Maybe that's why there are people think that they are either cheap or poor.... possible be one of the reason....

I would suggest that you reconsider it seriously about your dad's request. I don't think he always ask you for something, right? riding ... you can do it some other time, years later... there are things that can not hold on. think about his request.

Many I wish I could forget.

 

And I can still remember how sad I was when my dad sold away my first car.

It was an old silver panel van (8112), but I was so sad when he sold it away...

 

I would look out of my window after that, staring sadly at the lot where he used to sit, waiting for me to bring him to the market, he never gave me any trouble, and I cursed myself for being unable to keep him. I felt so useless when he was taken away...

I've come across bikers with the same behavior on saving a parking coupon. Amazingly, they can still brag about getting away with it. Pathetic fellows who can pay for a decent bike, branded helmet, riding gears but yet can't afford a parking coupon.

yea.. if i was more well-to-do.. i would probably buy a car.. wouldnt even hold a bike license.. but now, i choose to ride a bike and there's no turning back until i really really can afford a car..
