should last quite long . as long your bike electrical working fine should not be a problem . got a few type of rating . cb400 using 10 and 15 or 10 and 20 . Red and blue color

By right...only 10 amps fuse are used throughout and they are standarded colour coded RED. The main fuse sitting inside a red connector housing has another GREEN fuse and its's 30 Amperes and this is the "Main" fuse. Any other colours else beside this two colours are all 'mod' by mechanics when devices like alarm, disco leds..HID lightings etc..etc..are installed...which can be damaging.

When clutching in to change gear the clutch lever seems to spring back hard. Anyway to solve the problem?

Yes..have it solved quickly otherwise you may have extreme clutch plates burning as the clutch cable may not be fully released..much like "half clutching".

At your clutch lever cable location..turn the round dial locking disc anticlockwise a few turns. Then follow by turning the clutch cable guide seating screw clockwise. Check for preferred "biting point" after this..if its to slack or still to tight..proceed what I say again at the begining of this para.

Anyone tried installing a temperature monitor/gauge/meter for their SuperFour before? Is it possible?

I know that we have a temperature warning light for our SuperFours. But I am interested to see if there is any way we can monitor the engine's running temperature, especially during very hot weather, jam at customs, or high-speed touring, etc?

From Honda's manual:

Yup it can be done.even on/off switch for the fan also can.adding 2 more small fan on the raditor also can.

Also heard from a friend whom recently did a key duplicate with sensor as he misplaced his key, that super 4 can only able to reprogramme the key to the bike sensor for 3 times. after that must change cdi??

not sure how true but any one can verify??

Thanks

hi, i would like to know whether is it good to cover the bike immediately after riding? there was once after 1hr, i went back to get my bike, the 2 levers were quite hot n it was v difficult to start my bike.. dunno if this will affect the bike in any way?

Team_Commander: from wat i heard from my mech, our bikes can only program 2 keys, if u happen to lose both keys, u gotta buy a new CDI.. i think that's wat i got from him roughly.. (Planet-Ah Peng)

Thanks Ah Pek and Koxie. Any idea where it can be done, and how much would it roughly cost? Am interested to fix it if it isnt too expensive
