Hello guys, I just went to service my carb. Change the fuel needle and wash carb. Was told that the seating (or rather this mechanism that moves up and down) in my carb is loose, causing my needle to wear out faster. Don't really get what the mechanic mean, anybody can enlighten me?

 

Ha ha ha...where did u go to service ur carb and how much they charge u?

If you read this forum, some of us also got the same feedback from the mechanics. I dunno why.

Try to monitor your speed and rpm and FC first for at least a month. What is the rpm when u are at a constant 100km/h.

After a month, see again. If it is still the same, then no need to change. If there is changes, then take a look at the carbs.

hello bros. nowadays my bike is vibrating alot at the handlebar area. any idea wad went wrong? idling is @1.5rpm.

Steering cone bearing gone?not moving it vibrate or when moving?u try go at 50,let go your hand off the handlebar,see if it vibrate.idling when a fully warm up engine at 1.5k rpm is ok.

It's vibrating alot when I'm stationary. Okies! Will try out and check if my steering cone is gone. Hopefully not! Hahas! Btw any tyre reccomendations for a spec 1?

your vibrate alot as in,u hold can feel or u can see it with your own eyes it vibrate?There are many tyres out there,but u got to know what kind of tyre u looking for? Sticky?sport tour?

hmm..i can feel it when im holding. and i tried the method u suggested to me and its not vibrating tt much. i guess its normal riding vibrations. the tyre im looking at is more of sports touring. thanks in advance!

Maybe check your tyre pressure?am running mine F34,R36.u can try the pirelli angel st.am using it,so far so good!

bro check out S4 chain and sprocket disscu.but saw alot ppl using Afam and DID X-ring.But if u mod your pickup already,then i suggest u downsize your rear sprocket.If not remain the stock teeth.(cant remember it 44 or 45)

if am not wrong 160/170.u wan so big for wat?the bike so heavy already still wan use bigger tyre.

Hi guys, i am riding a Spec 2. Recently my headlight is not working and i thought was my headlight bulb blown. But when i depressed a button labelled "Passing by", it manage to lit up in highbeam mode, once i release, it went off again. Anyone can enlighten me whats the problem?

Maybe ur connectpr loose or ur low beam filament is gone

low beam cannot is it?but high beam can?most likely your low beam gone.open up your headlight,look for the headlight socket harness.the wire on the left is your low beam,the top is your high beam,the right is your return.check if the connector lose.

Hi thanks for the responses. I checked the connector all fitted nicely. I took out the bulb only high beam filament lit up when i depress "Passing" button. I use the switch on the left handle to on my high/low beam, no response at all. The filament for my low beam looks fine though. Could it be the switch problem?

bro....i encountered this b4...

loosen both the switches on the handlebar... right and left and spray some wd40.... tighten back and test..

try it.. hope it helps...
