Hmm bro im also having the same issue but only after heavy rain...went to bike shop and was told it was the right switch instead of the left.Seems like the headlight pins are connected together with the ignite switch....btw the right switch housing is different for different version...the bikeshop got 1 from spec3 and after checking seems like the connector and pins are different from my spec2..maybe u can check with ur mech...not sure about the price..was quote above $100

try unscrew the screws and spray wd40 inside to 'clean' the area,should be able to solve, if still cannot then consider changing

Left is about $85...right is about $125 most. Yes..like what klskls said..WD40 can soft the problem. Sometime..the contact is affected by dired dirts and grits over the years that got thru the gaps of the switch assembly. When heavy rain..water sipped thru the gaps oso..its like a small wet cloth stuck between your contact and caused either "shorting" or blockage to contact. Try WD40 1st b4 go mototiam.

find your installment booklet and call the number on it,and u will have all the ans u need.

Change to a smaller rear sprocket. From stock 45 to 42

CB400 revo stick ratio front 15 back 45.

I now went 42 at the back and the bike feels more smoother.

Have a 16 front at home which I may get put on soon.

anyone know how much roughly cost for spray paint spec3 whole body. coz i hv a small portion at my tank side where the paint peeled off.. so any ideas how to re-paint or spray.. mine is limited edition model..blue,white,red.

Agreed. mine last time also like that. but insteed of left side better do it on both side. as I knew right side starter switch also will affect the headlight. Don't need to ask me how i knew. kekeke...
