Go clean those oxidation off with sand paper..might save you $s on coil or whatever they say..its the advancer and has nothing to do wif ur bike problem.

ok ~ thanks alot ^^) will sand paper it tml ....

and that day when the mech took out my cdi there's 1 pin badly oxidize and he uses a flat screw diver to scratch the pin and spray wd40 on it , izzit possible its the oxidized pin on the cdi causing this prob ? (some said if cdi spoil it will be totally cannot start, wont be randomly ~_~)?

" if cdi spoil it will be totally cannot start, wont be randomly"..that someone is correct. Simple to test..take out ur CDI and try to start ur bike.

2.

my pilot light (right) side wont work after i signal (left) and off it -.-

means everytime after i signal(left) and press the button on the middle to stop, there will only be left with my (left) pilot light and headlight, than i'll have to signal(right ) and off than all my pilot and head-light will be on -.- i've tried to dismantle the switch but cant see any contact for the signal , only a ball alike thing inside which is like another button -.-

is it possible to fix spec3 signal lights to spec1? cos i know spec3 signal got two holes, one wire and one screw, but spec1 only 1 hole, the wire inside the screw. but i saw a verS with spec3 signal lights. anybody tried?

Posted

Hello bros~ i am riding a spec1 and the battery have been well over 2years or even reaching 3 years. The voltages are healthy and I am considering a preventive replacement before it fails.. The current model in the bike is YUASA YTX7A-BS. I am looking to change to a TTZ10S. Another one knows where to find this particular model and the price? I know u all recommend YTZ10S but they are too costly. Since a YTX7A can last 3 years, i dun see the need to go for such a high end one.

so TTZ10S anyone?

Hey guys! Can the temperature warning light be changed (the one on the meter, beside the oil warning light)? Cause mine does not seem to be working. Can it be DIY-ed? ANyone know what type of bulb it uses?

I am not insane, but "mentally hilarious".

How do you know yours is not working in the 1st place?

Besides Im pretty sure the mech can change the bulbs for you just for a few bucks...I think is just remove the housing..plug the blub and insert a new one:/

This LED is the least use and only comes on when the temperature senses overheating exceeding 112 degreed Celsius. Its not a plu and replace bulb but a LED that is soldered onto a pair of wires and is part of a small circuit board. U can replace by removing and soldering back a new one however..you don't get any self checking like the oil temperature LED. So to say..like what Jokerdefar say.."]How do you know yours is not working in the 1st place?"..in summary..its not faulty as it does not have self test by lighting up when the ignition is witch to "On".
