Hey can I ask is it fine that my handle bar is shaking ? I think is due to using of the handle bar to reverse often zzz

That is due to wea of the bearing at the handlebar nut area. If last time u ride not shaky.. Now it is shaky... It's usually the bearing wear oready. Small

Matter

bike cant start again -.-

after work i ride to have dinner after dinner cannot start ,

its 10mins walk back to my place , so i went back to take tools and remove my cdi

before removing the cdi i tested the bike wont start, but after removing and cleaning the pins with a sand paper, the engine fire up (10mins)........

so i guess it might be the wires or the connector going bad, or cdi pin rusty or cdi going bad ?? -.-

its been 3weeks since the last time my bike couldnt start, will test pull around the cables next time when my bike wont start again >.

Hey Yo what is cdi mean haha

cdi means Capacitor discharge ignition ? i assume

No need lah..for S4..use until shim/shims wears out. Valve clearance is only for old design bikes with "tappets".

Hi all,

Would like to review on AhPek's Grounding on my Revo. Went to him for Grounding and changing of coolant (Im also using Ahpek's EO).

I felt the immediate engine power, acceleration, responsiveness change after grounding was done. 16 pts in total was grounded by AhPek. I would strongly encourage fellow riders to do so as you will really feel the difference and get a more enjoyable ride.

And thanks Ahpek for sharing so much technical knowledge about S4, even though i couldnt understand much. haha.

Hi Ahpek thanks for the reply! Yes I did check, I open the tank, checked the hose: air in-take for my carb and fuel hose no problems. I guess its a fuel kock??

Yes..in this case..likely the coupling seal between the two half of the fuel co*k assembly gone liao. I f this is true..petrol oozes out under diaphgram pumping action pressure. But to confirm..see if there is wet stain of fuel when it happens.

Its not sixteen points lah..but if u wan_2 count as points..its about there depending on version of S4. The key importance is laying the routes right and where to terminate them. As explained b4 many a time in past post..points grounding are for cars or just about and machinary that has many different ground from various powered equi[ment..like alternator, air-con compressor, radio, amps, pwoer windows, in-car tv & videos, alarms...etc. For just about any mid to hi cc bikes where the alternator is the power house..we do not want the generated currents to get absorb by the chassis and other parts of the bike but rather as much as possible..much to reach the "ignition coil"..where it enhances better combustion thru good sparking and equates to getting to maxs horsepower that ur bike can churn up. Of course..the grounding layout has to be done right and its not just wires running from points to the battery ground. Don wrongly with point method with 50 points also no use.

Plse understand that this is not a business I'm in and do not have a "CMO"..just doing out of passion for those who are interested to try it out.

i see. thanks fr d detailed explanation pek. good for us who dont know how grounding wires works.

ya i do understand u did this out of ur passion n nt cuz of business. n its bcuz of d gd feedbacks frm ppl that we, the forum users wld like to try out as well. do consider doing this as "helping out" a friend rather than doing it as a business.

ups for u lah pek! power...
